Some 'interesting' comments from the long term holders! Explains why they lost money last time and why they will do again this time. They prefer fiction to facts! LOL

All aboard the TEO rocket Mk 2! How high will it get this time before spectacularly exploding? LOL's

i think most of the selling is done now at this level....what we have now
are stubborn long termers and new speculators coming in at around the 1p area.

from here it will depend on what happens next....intriguing times!

Couple of buys and that 500k available at 1.2p will soon dissapear.
MMS will soon start upping the price if no one sells to fill the order.

Dropping the bid looks to be a shake to try and fill the mystery
buyers order as it's still 1.14p bid online for 1 million which
of course is well over mid price.

Yesterday I had a no holds barred, very long discussion with MA re
the future of my approx 3 million shares (no far short).

First thing that became apparent to me was that it would've been alot
easier for him to walk away and let the this company go down. he more or less admitted that he was being advised to do just that!!

He had the choice but decided to stay and fight!

Key points to remember if you are thinking of selling:

/Revenues from metals will be coming this year!!
/The company will not be allowed to go belly up!!
/Masoud still VERY determined to sell our technology
/Now that we are free from CC and with substantial incomes coming in
we will have more freedom and more opportunity. ( btw he is trying to recover what is still owed to us and it is substantial)
/Masoud thinks there will be more cash generated through the metals
than will be needed....ie we will have a surplus of cash!
/He knows that NR has sold out because I told him...the reason I told him was because I wanted to know why a substantial long term holder had decided to quit
/MA seemed a little surprised but also said his plan was receiving good support from certain quarters in the city, he did not seem at all concerned about this one way or the other
/MA said he cound not have gone the market for more cash as he would've got slaughtered with the shareprice being so low.

Bottom line for me is this.....the guy is going to try his very best to
ensure a return for his "very loyal" shareholders.

MA has taken the difficult option when he could've easily let this whole thing
just die!!

I for one thanked him for being so up front about it all and have decided to stay fully loaded and on board this ship to see how it all pans out.

MA still has great faith in the technology but admits there were faults
and is very frustrated by that, he did say he hopes to be able to update us all in more detail before the end of they year. The long term is still very much about selling the tech not the metals!

I know I have been a critic of late (can anyone be blamed for that??) but having spoken to him yesterday I very much respect this guy and what he has been trying to do for his company and it's holders.

There could still be exciting times ahead!!......warp factor ten scotty!!!!

Just a final word re NR ..apart from her continually going on and on
about EPO & PRM, i have no problem at all with what she has done.....
she has had alot of money tied up here for a long time and has had
nothing but losses.....if she thinks she can do better elsewhere then
that is her decision, no one should fault her for that......she also did
not need to inform us she had dumped the rest of her holdings, that was her business.

I must say that i think she may well regret at leisure what she may have done in haste......but who knows!!

This is the risk business we are in!!

Time to forget the past and look to what can still be acheived in the future!

Hardy's lost the plot, Lolsss.

He wants all the details before he even considers toe dipping. Well I could be 100% in profit NOW. why am I not selling?

Do the maths yourself or jog on you loser.

Firey's spotted the signs and can do the research.
why 300k unsecured?
Why did the other party give 60% away?
what does teo bring to the party?

LOLsss

This is MA's area - he is a trader and I am sure they will be forward contracts for the metals.

Redd - you miss the point - others are keen - we know not whom as yet - Smelly is back with an odourous appeal - I should listen and breathe in. LOL!

BARTS, some people make me 'laugh' with their ill thought out posts and occasionally I respond in a questioning way that irritates, so have I touched a nerve? lol

Your figures are 'interesting'. I wonder how £300k is going to finance that?

Before making financial assumptions you need to know the detail of the deal. For instance, if TEO were to buy the lead, as in your example, and it fell without warning, as can easily happen, then a profit quickly becomes a big loss. The £300k could be wiped out, and TEO, very quickly!

Consequently you can do all the calculations you like because the end result currently would mean they are meaningless. No-one on here yet has been in a position to make a reasonable stab at it. You could do as well with a toss of a coin. Perhaps that's why so many lose money in stuff like this?

Actually you should ask NR. She usually excels with this type of calculation; XxYxZ=£millions! LOL

The UFO-Shaped Headset (2/2)
Qstik EVOQ Bluetooth Headset
November 9, 2007

HELP AND SUPPORT
The product ships with a "quick start" mini manual that covers the basics of getting connected. Everything else you may need to know is on a PDF manual found on the CD. I didn't need any other support but the EVOQ does ship with 1 year of warranty should you have any issues.

BUGS AND WISHES
While I really liked the EVOQ, I found myself a little uncomfortable with the overall size and being seen wearing it. I guess I wasn't really concerned with how big it was, but how out of shape it was. Headsets of this size are usually elongated and rectangular not round like a hockey puck. I also think the unit could have fit much more snug around the ear and in the ear canal. The sound quality is really good, but when you're constantly adjusting the unit because you're afraid it is going to fall off/out it is just as distracting as outside noise.

PURCHASING
The Qstik EVOQ can be found online from the Qstik website for roughly $80.

PROS

Great bi-directional sound quality
Pretty good battery life
Neat charger
A2DP/AVRCP Bluetooth support, stereo headphones included
CONS

Large! Needs a better-looking shape
Fits very loose on the ear
Have to use the charging stand

Overall

What do these ratings mean?

OVERALL IMPRESSION
Well, despite the looks the Qstik EVOQ is definitely not a UFO. It's a very high quality headset with a lot of really nice features, and a decent value for the money. The only thing I think holding this headset back from being a top notch, recommend it to everybody type of device is the shape and the fit. Given the size it feels very unstable my ear and I think overall impression suffers because of it. If Qstik can come up with a better shape and a bit more stability for the EVOQ v2 I wouldn't think twice about buying it.
