Actually, CatsWhiskas,

you got the initial facts wrong, but got to the right conclusion as it happens. The first 500ks and similar sized sells were not mine! The last 5 were and a couple of 250k's and a few 50k's.

I was one of those who sold first thing once i saw much larger sales
going through, to be fair Evo must have a buyer because you can still
get 1.03p bid for 375k online.

Happy days - love trading on the margin - very lucrative - especially with Friends in that part of the world :-) I know nothing about this so will live in blissful ignorance until some expert spreads the knowledge.

Good old MA he has built a network to accomodate this merry band of BBers and take us back to a reasonable share price

Thank you Ian, I know we're just passing our 'views' around and will probably (surely) be castigated for even DARING to ask questions......but there you go!

And If an ex FD of a metal trading Co has problems working out the deal or its potential - what chance have we VQ chaps LOL

iain bearing in mind we had a staff of 12 at one point of some sound engineers and we are now down to perhaps a secretary chairman and perhaps a token engineer to keep a tickover status who is going to transact this business. what i think is more likely is if the shareholders sign this off they will then go out and start the business and employ some new people - how long has it taken us to find a vq director (this search was first noted in a WSJ interview in sep/oct 2006) i.e. over 12 months and counting...
I can fully understand NR using the spike to offload....lols...
