The only real negative I can see is the holding of ex CEO, now NED Debbie Bestwick. After her recent share sale she is still the largest shareholder, over 18% of the co. Has agreed not to sell any more for 5 months, but potentially a seller in the future? |

As you said the broker upgrade looks good and together with the recent appointment of a new CFO with plenty of relevant experience hopefully sentiment will move in an upward direction.
I'm not big on charting but that looks healthier, if that's the low in November and higher lows since? |
martincc - the trading update in Nov '23 was an unscheduled profit warning so don't wish for another of those! The company usually reports in January (presumably after seeing how xmas sales have panned out). The Jeffries upgrade bodes quite well but we shall see. |

UK markets generally rally when the US is closed for Thanksgiving. No idea why, the days either side and the fourth Thursday of November can be some of the best of the year for UK stocks. It normally pays to go all in at the end of October. |

If FY revenue comes in around 160m, PBT around 25m, cash in bank around 60m and BEPS 13p it should be in for a rally. If the low is in here at around 200 we can expect a run up into results and onwards should said results confirm profit growth over FY23. Target calculated using the Dec 23 low and todays price. The Fib extension to 161.8 offers a target of 472. This is an interesting level as there was significant support and then resistance around this level on the fall from the 21 highs. 136% upside here in 6 months is possible and puts my estimation somewhere at the median of current analyst targets. |

has agreed to sell, subject to completion, 3,026,694 ordinary shares of £0.01
each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company (the "Sale Shares") at a price of
£2.10 per Sale Share (the "Sale").
Debbie 'agreed' to sell so to agree there must have been demand from somewhere.
It puts my theory of a sale in doubt. Maybe Peel Hunt wanted them to generate some liquidity. Must be due a rally here soon and with some stock sitting out there and ready to distribute it could have legs. |
