08/6/2010 20:47 | mercury, it is a computer guessing and only shows London Stock Exchange trades and not other exchanges like PLUS etc. The direction of the share price is as a result of selling or buying pressure. If a seller wants to sell a large quantity then there is selling pressure so the price will be driven down but in order for the seller to sell, someone or some people need to buy them so the trade is matched on both sides. In order to sell a share someone has to buy it. In order to buy a share someone must be willing to sell one. | ![]() spennysimmo
08/6/2010 20:41 | It seems from the ADVFN trading board that buys did outnumber sells - take a look. If DOW keeps this rise up we'll be seeing a bounce tomorrow | ![]() mercury123
08/6/2010 20:23 | Homeownership not renting at heart of government housing strategy. Housing minister Grant Schapps says cash for affordable housing has run out, and turns to private sector to offer would-be homeowners a lifeline. | bordersboy
08/6/2010 20:11 | 105% part exchange on new homes in High Wycombe at Kingshill Grange | bordersboy
08/6/2010 20:06 | mercury123, buys didn't outnumber sells, it isn't possible. | ![]() spennysimmo
08/6/2010 19:53 | can't believe it went to 28p..... jab good guess....eventually. so i assume you've filled your boots now as that was the lowest you said it would go | webshares
08/6/2010 19:45 | Well the shorters have got to close sometime and my guess is they'll all try and do it at once meaning we'll be squeezed higher very quickly. I'm not selling at these silly levels. Judging by how buys outnumbered sells today we should see a move up tomorrow. Good luck all holders! | ![]() mercury123
08/6/2010 19:42 | More to close then :-) | ![]() spennysimmo

08/6/2010 18:34 | praps. Not by 7%. A lot of Shorting going on. There is no answer to a concert of shorters when they move on a stock. The only thing we as PI's can do is hold on and wait for it to turn. This stock is a good example of the hedges work hand in hand. | ![]() newkid
08/6/2010 18:19 | Most of the housebuilders were hammered today. | praps
08/6/2010 17:58 | I reckon, what you might see here soon is a suspended share, as the banks force the sell of TW land bank...I've had this opinon for well over year with this dog. This sector is the first to be hit and the last to recover, what the building sector needs, is cheap affordable homes full stop. No social housing we help, or the present state of GB's financial situation. I here log cabins are on the increase..;-) | jab118
08/6/2010 17:57 | The big boys have already started making an entry, it wont go far now, too much value, wait and see ;) | goldbug6
08/6/2010 17:43 | If it goes below 28p tomorrow i'm out on the sidelines to buy in lower once stability returns. No point catching a falling knife!! | tritan
08/6/2010 17:43 | gcom2, so are a lot of stocks. If TW. didn't go bust when the share price hit just over 4p with £1.5bn debt, why would it now in an overall improving market with debt down to around $600m and reducing? | ![]() spennysimmo
08/6/2010 17:42 | Spot on bigboots. They have taken it to 28p to close up and fill their boots on neg sentiment, its called trading. The company is now only valued at 960m, rediculous | goldbug6

08/6/2010 17:29 | Trading is still brisk, nothing has changed, just a follow through on so many 250 and 350 stocks, the brave buy here - that includes me, business doesnt change overnight - NOT IN THIS SECTOR !!!!! | ![]() bigboots
08/6/2010 17:19 | i dont want to be holding another jarvis | ![]() gcom2
08/6/2010 17:19 | I dumped the 20k tw i bought this morning as soon as 28p failed, sold at a small loss, this stinks of insider dealing to me, down on large volume with no news whatsoever. | ![]() gcom2
08/6/2010 16:55 | Good luck leeds, every day without an rns tells me it's the shorters.. at some point the tide will turn.. No news from the US not helping... | ![]() jibba_jabba
08/6/2010 16:54 | 28p it is then, oh dear, could be 20p or lower very soon, I think the penny has dropped with a lot of serious investors with the higher IQ...lol.. bad news coming on the 28th, chaps haven't you woked it out yet... Now where's that infamous top ramper CR. ;-) | jab118
08/6/2010 16:52 | Almost 100m shares traded today on LSE. That is an astounding volume for tw. | ![]() spennysimmo |
