Broker forecasts from Jeffries and HSBC dated 27 June remain at buy with price targets of over £2.The stock is on a PE of around 7.7,the PEG is a very low 0.24.The company intends to adopt a progressive dividend policy.Technical analysis, unsurprisingly,is bearish with support broken at 124p.If the price can get through that price, the shares could gap higher.I remember a supplier of double glazing and security equipmenttelling me the City was bloody mad after the October crash in 1987,"we're having a really good time, business has never been so good".Within a year, the company was out of business. It took a short three years for the FTSE to recover and hit new highs after 1987.I don't think things will be so different this time.Redrow's statement is instructive but that doesn't mean that Taylor Woodrow will enjoy a rapid share price recovery.

Surely £1 is a big support level. It wouldn't drop below £1 2 years ago

The FTSE 100 companies derive a substantial proportion of earnings from overseas and benefit from sterling weakness.A more reliable guide to market sentiment is the FTSE 250,code MCX.This index reflects the pressure on UK domestics and fell 15% in two trading days,Friday and Monday.Today, the 250 is up 3.3% but will it hold.

TW have a good spread of sites around the country with reasonable pricing. I bought one for my daughter late last year. A similar property from Bovis was considerably more. They are also building blocks of 2. Bedroom apartments that are in demand. The show home office was busy over the week end. The picture outside London is very different.

Should be a good bounce, markdowns as per usual indiscriminate, even if down the line uncertainty creeps in!

What a state this share absolutely ridiculous. Only worry I see is in their Spanish work because until we get cl forward vision on BREXIT buyers from Uk will not be very enthusiastic to part with their cash. It is suggested Uk property prices ay fall but to be honest that will get some buyers into an overpriced market.reasonable to have seen some correction but this is crazy !!
