My average is 86p but its 2014 / 15 where I expect to see the real gains, especially as imo the Tories will make house buying as popular as ever in order to generate a feel good factor that they hope will get them back in.

If I'm right i'll take the cash and still vote for none of the above :))

Indeed, I shall tuck them away in my knicker drawer and not let them see the light of day until they are well in profit. Cheers HB

I am holding on, pains me to sell anything at a loss. Occasioanlly "cut my losses" but far too early for that here. Keep the optimistic posts coming gentlemen, I need the reassurance, had two very poor days.
Still maybe the "no taper" in US will bounce me back to profitability by close on Friday eh?

I think we will see 100p 120p and 105p in that order this side of crimbo but agree with Aspers 100% on the 140p and 200p for next year (2014 calendar year that is).

I think we'll be sat throughout the winter months because its traditionally, neither a good time for building or popular period for moving house!

Redrow having a good day, maybe we could do some divi news ;)

Do not worry, it s sit and wait time, still reckon this will be 140 by next March and 200 by end of 2014.
