16/11/2012 21:39 | imatsu Its already down 11%, so this could be one of you 15 to 20% swings. Im not sure anyone here thinks its good value at 55p but as stated there's support at 55p so seems a sensible price to aim for. Im still in here from 12p and am looking ultimately for twice nav in a few years. But im still looking for it to establish a new trending pattern after its recent good run. No harm in trading a few on the way. ATB | battue2

16/11/2012 10:16 | Ima Reason for me saying 55p is there "appears" to be support but yes i agree the city can easily put their foot on it and squash it down. | shaws37
16/11/2012 10:14 | shaws, letter about heating allowance arrived this morning so I may not have to raid the Kids "again" :)) | ![]() gbh2
16/11/2012 10:13 | I'm not sure why you are so convinced that it's cheap at 55p? What would be the earnings ratio? What would be the dividend yield? What is the forward earnings growth rate, even assuming no negatives appear in the housing market? I do remember when holding this in the 40s earlier in th year that it could take a 15-20% plunge in the space of 5 days for no particular reason - it was one of the reasons I bought and sold it so many times and was so happy to do so. I see no reason at these levels why it could not take a similar plunge, should the city muppets decide to have a pop at the sector, as they have done so often before. | ![]() imastu pidgitaswell
