05/3/2012 09:54 | It is - but traders buying shares on a 10 day deadline, for the purpose of selling within that timeframe and trousering a hoped-for gain is not 'providing capital' - as a rights issue, a float etc is. Nothing wrong with it, and that is how a market works, but be honest, the sum contribution to the general economy from such activity, is? Just mentioning it as it was all highlighted in the run-up to the results as a likely scenario, and happily it has come to pass. If it keeps up, I'll get my sub-45p again... | imastu pidgitaswell | |
