Saw that, I don't know enough to give an opinion about 4 hours charts & gaps, all I would say is that TW. will probably retrace at some stage but on valuation grounds will also do very well in % terms over the medium term. Got the house in order.

So retracement = buying opp IMV.

OK I get it but I'm not allowed to reply to you as a free loader.

You could be right, I would be interested if that happened. Still following as I like the safety & potential.

The latest news from Taylor Wimpey

GREAT NEWS - 95% MORTGAGES ARE BACK!

We're working with the Government to make 95% mortgages available through NewBuy, an innovative new scheme.

Looking for a 95% mortgage?

Whether you're a first time buyer or you already own a property, this could be the scheme that will help you move - even if you have just 5% deposit!

We'll be running the scheme across all our developments in England. If you live in Scotland or Wales, why not take a look at our full range of Special Offers that could help you move.

How will NewBuy work?

The scheme is part of the Government's Housing Strategy. Designed to give a boost to the housing market and the wider economy, it aims to make 95% mortgages more widely available.

NewBuy is due to be launched in March 2012 and full details will be released then.

Who can get a 95% mortgage?

NewBuy will be available to anyone who has just 5% deposit, whether you're a first time buyer or you already own a property (subject to approval by a participating mortgage provider).

Click the link below and fill out the registration form, and we'll email you to let you know as soon as the scheme is launched.

I'm thinking is a short term bottom (wave 4...) - it's just not as weak as it used to be. Bought back accordingly - so time for everyone else to sell...

I'll do that table of share price, NAV, tangible NAV and net debt per share - after they all publish. Then we can stroke chins and watch all of their share prices fall...
