I'm going to go out on a limb here and suggest prices are down and their head honcho will say 'hard times ahead,possible double dip blah blah blah'

or, if prices have risen we will get 'unsustainable and downward trend with price rises slowing,hard times ahead,possible double dip blah blah blah'
