I work in Fund Management and i wouldn't touch any of the housebuilders especially, bdev/tw, there is a concerted effort to bring them down accoeding to market chatter from the trading floor i keep hearing. Alarm bells should be ringing. I can well see the low teens by xmas with gov austerity, local planning issues, nimbys etc. Don't take this as gospel but many traders expect to make another killing shorting tw again.
