Hideously awful recent figures..

Didnt TW post a profit, after making a loss last year, also halved the debt??

Debt...declining land bank value...2 factors that make this a less attractive share in this sector. Everything has value when it reaches its more attractive level...this isnt it.

i think 100alpha reads moneyweek. they said property values -60% by 2010 providing the world hadn't ended first. after reading last weeks upbeat rns i am sure tw. offers value at its current mcap.

Oh Dear, so forget the Germans and their growth, forget all the billions and trillions held by corporate companies in the US and Europe, forget all the sovereign wealth funds with billions to spend.

All is not looking bad, by the way TW is back in profit, debts have been halved.

Alpha you should stop taking your investment advice from the Sun and the BBC. This has been over sold, simple and a fact!
