Presumably, in a parallel universe somewhere there is a TW that doesn't drop as much as the DOW that it tracks and outstrips it when it rises.

no-one but the media goes on about this double-dip, certainly the BoE didn't refer to it yesterday, and then there are 'rumours' of some sorta US housing stimulus? I'd be careful 'HEDGEFUND 1', although maybe with a name like that, you know what you're doing?
