11/9/2020 16:35 | Don't last for ever. They do last - been around 3 months now, and it's becoming irritating, mainly on account of seeing other opportunities pass by. GLEN today, anyone? No, me neither... | ![]() imastu pidgitaswell
11/9/2020 16:26 | Me too. The bounce will come sooner rather than later imho. Inconsistencies like those above don't last. | ![]() simonsmithiv
11/9/2020 16:24 | I'm happy to keep buying at these levels. | ![]() gbh2
11/9/2020 16:24 | Probably see a huge sell in the auction again, sooner gone the better. | ![]() simonsmithiv
11/9/2020 16:15 | In fact doesn't matter where you look for relevance, TW. has massively under-performed it all in the last week. Obviously a seller. Once gone, correction due. free stock charts from uk.advfn.com | ![]() simonsmithiv
11/9/2020 16:08 | "Once this goes under a quid its in free fall. Back to .40p."Plank. | ![]() cl0ckw0rk0range
11/9/2020 16:08 | Just go back a week on the intraday and TW. has had it worst. free stock charts from uk.advfn.com | ![]() simonsmithiv
11/9/2020 16:05 | Like me? No I don't spend all day on here posting negative diatribe on things I have no investment in. | ![]() cl0ckw0rk0range
11/9/2020 15:49 | Lack of divi probably means instis selling, placed sell with market and price keeps dropping until offloaded. As ever timing is key, there'll be a bounce when the sell order's finished. They'll have stipulated a floor, doubt it'll be below 100p, but with the low volume they have to keep taking it lower to find buyers. | ![]() simonsmithiv
11/9/2020 15:47 | If you go back a little further you can see them in sync, and then the gap develops. BKG as well. The only point of difference is the placement - another £0.5 billion on the balance sheet - really stretching that balance sheet as our learned colleague above posted. We're lucky to have him - it must be going to 40p... (note today's volumes - or lack of...) | ![]() imastu pidgitaswell

11/9/2020 15:39 | @clockwork...like you?? | ![]() porsche1945
11/9/2020 15:38 | Once this goes under a quid its in free fall. Back to .40p. Surprised they didnt pay something dividend wise to put a floor under it, builders shares without a dividend are pointless, they have little growth and stretched balance sheets, income only. | ![]() porsche1945
11/9/2020 15:36 | Well done the boys - a new recent low. Unlike the other builders, who obviously are in a different market, making different products and selling to different customers. Why not keep on pushing on an open door as our friendly fund managers 'adjust their portfolios'? | ![]() imastu pidgitaswell
11/9/2020 14:54 | There is a filter function for a reason. | ![]() essentialinvestor
11/9/2020 14:50 | There's some very sad individuals out there that spend an inordinate amount of their life on here buywell 1/2/3 etc. | ![]() cl0ckw0rk0range
11/9/2020 14:49 | Spot on there, the ghosts of ADVFN. | ![]() cl0ckw0rk0range
11/9/2020 11:13 | I still think those that keep going on & on without any real investment interest are disgruntled losers who possibly had to sell low because they needed the cash. | ![]() gbh2
11/9/2020 10:57 | Imastu. This is likely more a reflection on social behaviour, rather than genuine interest in the prospect of Wimps being a good investment or trading opportunity, be that long or short. Some people lead lonely lives and BB’s of this ilk provide an element of contact. Seems some regulars enjoy the social aspects, and continue to post content light just, for the company. | ![]() disneydonald
11/9/2020 10:47 | Agreed - but it's odd that there is a group who do seem to target this share and this share only - with only generic stuff about the housing market and the economy. There is never anything about Taylor Wimpey's finances, be it metrics. KPIs, cashflow, multiples etc etc. The PSN thread is one of the quietest on this site, and the others hardly any busier. All very odd. | ![]() imastu pidgitaswell
11/9/2020 10:22 | A post here on TW makes about as much difference as a fart in a hurricane to the share price. | ![]() essentialinvestor
11/9/2020 08:10 | "shorters don’t use these boards" Only a mental case would think Posting on advfn could move a SP, share prices are moved by Fund Manager Trading algorithms, everything else is p*ssing in the wind. | ![]() gbh2
11/9/2020 07:06 | Anybody that tells you that shorters don't use these boards, well that's a clear indication they are paid to post themselves. Oh and reference to "mug punters" or similar usually just means a 14 year old that's been reading too many Shareprophet articles and doesn't want to go to sleep. | ![]() cl0ckw0rk0range
11/9/2020 07:03 | There's quite a few bears here that seem to have a vendetta, guess they have a apreadbet on the go or just really have that much time to spend haunting these boards because they have lost money panic selling. | ![]() cl0ckw0rk0range |
