Gbh2 I will copy & paste that, thinking of moving to a new BB anyway. To many people on here stuck in there little box with only the internet & daily paper for news, Bought a few more yesterday & few more this morning,Happy to keep buying at this level plenty of long term upside here yet ,only buying small amounts at a time so can afford it to fall a bit & will keep topping up when & as.I have noticed over the last few days that more & more companies are returning to work now with all but a hand full of companies not in on our estate. Due to an unprecedented amount of new orders in the last three weeks I have had to move some of our production to another unit I own so that I can get more staff back in working. It's strange all the doom & gloom on here about the housing market yet the builders are still sending orders out & we are still pricing new sites. Despite the lock down my company looks likely to have a record turnover this year so its definitely not all bad.

Where’s Jugears today?
As he had the letter through the post box advising payment terms have changed to 180days?
Frantically trying to get hold of his bank to seek immediate cash flow assistance?
It’s a shame that when you work for someone you also fall in love with them. Poor Jugears.

The outlook for your company is now dire.

I have had a word on your behalf, to the UK Government

They said after you ripped them off , and failed each and every year to lift production, they will never bail you out again .

Greed coming back to haunt directors and shareholders.

I dear say if you put a round billion, into the NHS, it might help to redeem yourselves.

Taken off the INL thread as it happens.

its the latter paragraph of most interest.

The Times

The government is in talks with housebuilders about extending the Help to Buy scheme as part of a range of measures to get the industry building again after the lockdown is eased.

Officials fear that the shutdown of construction work and sales offices during the coronavirus outbreak will have a long-term impact.

Savills estimates that builders have downed tools on sites where they could construct about 200,000 new homes, equivalent to almost a year’s supply.

Oh Dear
Cant say this thread is not entertaining, okay, I accept I have no skin in the game ATM on house builders but I did hold INL until recently, Ive 40yrs in my Industry this year and I understand business and I remeber 15% interest rates and have experienced negative equity and bought and sold shares since the 80's and experience tells me that some on here are going to get dumped on, just remember share prices ride an escalator up and take the lift down, and the lift is gonna get called. be safe lol.
