08/9/2021 18:05 | Another alias. A brand new poster profile newly registered yesterday with ADVFN and this is their maiden post. Tut tut tut. Interesting results on TEXT COMPARISON SOFTWARE | quepassa
08/9/2021 17:52 | Laughable response again. If in doubt accuse a new poster of being the same person. Maybe, just maybe, after years of ripped off others are waking up. You can only smoother som many comments. One has to wonder how many kicks all the shareholders can take. IMO DYOR (but not too much as you find many skeletons) Good luck all | makeamillion3
08/9/2021 17:11 | Anything productive to say QP or have you been caught again with the hands in the cookie jar? Tavistock investments PLC is the prime example of the cowboys running some of these AIM listed companies. | doubledippers

08/9/2021 16:06 | I agree with makeamillion and markgordon. As shareholders, we have been let down by this management team for many years and it's time for a change. They have repeatedly lined their own pockets at our expense. Raven and Cooke have been "gifted" by the board a staggering 20% of the company and earned millions along the way too. They should be ashamed of themselves and it's not to stop this sickening greed. | enough2021
07/9/2021 20:43 | I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. The greed is embarrassing. The combination of salary and dividend is sickening. The ‘alignmentR In the most regulated business sector, you have to question it. The share price remains lacking of trust. The long term holders have had their knackers kicked again. They must go. IMO, DYOR, (just not to deep or you’ll get angry and question the integrity and honesty even more) Good luck all, we bloody need it. Except for 2, I hope you have a horrible awakening and a revolt. QP, step in and give us some more sh1t and try and justify it further. Thanks | makeamillion3
07/9/2021 18:37 | I think that can be done I believe you formally write to table the motion to pay a say gbp5 million special dividend.I guess you need support to then put it to a shareholder vote Not sure how it works But if you can submit a no confidence vote surely you can submit a dividend distribution vote I will leave that thought with the legal experts One thing did amuse me The related party payment to IFSL and Mr StaleyNow why rock the boat | markgordon1
07/9/2021 17:47 | A special dividend would be appropriate to ameliorate long suffering minority shareholders. | russman
07/9/2021 17:42 | markgordon1 I am shocked/surprised that shareholders have not got together to vote for special divi before the BOD get their mits on it. | red army
07/9/2021 17:37 | Gobsmacked at the audacity Utterly underwhelmed by the resultsStrip out market movement there is no growth Dividend is good but not enough Share buy back will enhance earnings and then trigger further share awards to Raven and CookeSo use shareholder money to ramp earnings to flatter share price to gain 20% of company Now there's a planTell you what Just pay me the buy back equivalent in special dividend please | markgordon1
07/9/2021 16:54 | In addition to their meagre salaries/fees Raven gets dividends of 343,796 and poor old Cooke can only muster 151,838. | digger2779
07/9/2021 12:48 | I expected more from the markets considering the dividend and share buy back. Still time but the results will lose impetus after close today. | mandarin4
07/9/2021 12:41 | A new dawn today, the Allenby SOTP is not overly aggressive... | chrisdgb
07/9/2021 11:16 | I didn't realise Raven and Cooke had earned so much extra this year, in a year when you furlough 25% of your staff and need a government loan to help you get through, that is some chutzpah. Maybe they see their extra income tax as a thank you to govt :/ | davydoo
07/9/2021 10:56 | Allenby;Sum of parts a conservative 13.7p per share. We estimate the current net cash position to be c. £17m and we add in the £20m deferred payment discounted at 5% pa. Placing a value on the advisory business of 2x historic revenues (sector M&A is more often at c.3x revenues) creates a total group value of £83m or 13.7p per share. Clearly material upside from current levels. Year End: March | davebowler
07/9/2021 08:43 | Yes but remember all the overtime that OC puts in on here… Maybe that’s already through under expenses though… At least there is dividend. | makeamillion3
07/9/2021 08:29 | The company makes £1.23m a year, BR takes home £435k and OC £326k. Nice. | phillzy1
07/9/2021 07:49 | Results out this morning | mandarin4
06/9/2021 18:43 | Crack in then OC. Algorithm all night long my friend and I’ll take your apology tomorrow Maybe concentrate on the job in hand hey? Just saying…. | makeamillion3

06/9/2021 11:34 | Completely agree and you summarise my earlier post.To restore trust and impact market perception of the shares we need 1. Numerical majority of independent non executives. We need 3 new individuals to include at least one woman 2. We need a dividend payment. A share of the Titan proceeds to compensate for the years without a dividend 3. We need an independent audit on the policy and procedures to include remuneration and KPIs for bonus awards That would be a start | markgordon1
05/9/2021 22:16 | As a long term share holder, I’m flabbergasted that the even after this deal is moving along, the share price is so low against every valuation you can find. Reasons??? I think there is simply one reason. Trust. They aren’t trusted to invest They aren’t trusted to pay dividends They aren’t aligned with shareholders. Someone please prove me wrong. I hope you do. IMO DYOR etc etc | makeamillion3
