And the board was awarded a significant number of shares I sincerely hope any acquisitions are not further dilution The share price gets killed when you issue new shares like confetti That?s been the historic problem Why buy the shares now when you know you are just going to be diluted It about disciplineIMO etc etc etc

Up 300% so far this year and climbing.

Allenby Capital with their S.o.P. valuation of 14p is the direction of travel.

Looking forward to the imminent closing of the sale to Titan which marks not just the inflow of the first £20 million but also the beginning of the important Strategic Partnership with Titan Wealth.

Onwards and upwards.

The recent restructuring and new corporate strategy are already bearing early fruit.

Ffs, here we go again.

Yes QP your completely correct... Up 300% from the embarrassingly low of 1.3p….
But, down 40% from the current directors tenure. What is it now? 8 years? How ever did they survive that?!?
As I’ve said before, they/you killed the price, diluted numerous times, bought cheap shares and celebrate the increase. Wish I know the plan. Bravo.
So, if it’s obviously so undervalued, why on Earth are they not queuing to purchase these bargain shares?
All these clever investors must be blind to not be locking these bargain shares away. They are clearly missing a trick.
It can’t be under the radar anymore can it?
So why aren’t they buying this easy 3x bagger up to 14p?? I must be thick.
IMO DYOR etc etc etc

So someone buys £7 quid worth at 5.03p (which the share price was still 4.85p incidentally) then someone sells £13,990 at 4.38p.
Yep, top post QP and Fillipe…

Allenby capital (paid by tavistock) value at 14p yet this still can’t notch up yet…. Surely anyone with a brain would be ploughing in here right?? So why aren’t they????

Why why why,

Indeed.

Good post, fillipe.

And rising.

The recent Allenby Capital research note and Sum of Parts valuation of 14p continues to point the way.

For those that haven't seen it, well worth reading.

The 5.03p of today will make for an equal 5 year TAVI high.

Yeah completely agree.
QP jumped to action during the TEAM approach, and rallied the troops. Either a major shareholder, management or director IMO.
The spread is currently 20%. Hardly attractive to deal currently.
But despite all the obvious, this is looking positive with potential. Let’s hope the ship is steered well moving forward. Big opportunity to deliver some solid growth, increase in share price and reward of dividends returning

Is QP an employee Looking back he or she seems very well informed. The Allenby report is referred to a lot. But they are the paid advisers Do any other brokers write on the company.I can't find any Surely the company should get more brokers. The shares are cheap and more brokers would help spread the word rather than using these online sites if QP is an employee IMO

Markgordon-
Just a guess based on a comment full of riddles by QP, and reference to a company next door.
Don’t know a deal about them to be honest.
In the previous RNS it did state that the cash injection enables Tavi to have the ability to add further businesses, so it would make sense I suppose, but who knows? QP may be talking nonsense.
Until I see a RNS I take most with a pinch of salt.

Gabry- exactly how I translated that also.
Don’t know anything about them. Spending the cash before it’s in the bank. If it’s anything like the football transfer window, everyone will know Tavi are cash heavy and the price suddenly goes up…. 😂

According to the Chairman, Tavistock is in discussions to acquire Flying Colours.
Advisory or Investment Management? What does Titan think about this?

Surely, it’s prudent and in the best interests of shareholders to get the main deal over the line before posting a speculative wish list of other targets?
