28/9/2022 07:23 | ST states " In the same 32-week period, the FTSE Aim All-Share Total Return index has shed 23 per cent of its value". ST does not mention the increasing regulatory burden facing TAVI in the UK or the provisions booked in the full year accounts. Both these factors could impact their future P&L negatively. | russman
27/9/2022 09:47 | " Simon Thomson was named Journalist of the Year at the 2022 Small cap Awards ". Indeed. A worthy accolade. The IC article about Tavistock Investments is aptly headed: " Bargain Shares : Record results and a bright future " Link to article in Investors Chronicle:- hXXps://www.investor ALL IMO. DYOR. 26/9/2022 18:01 | It appears to be an operational loss. A large special dividend to long suffering minority shareholders would have been welcome. | russman
26/9/2022 10:28 | Allenby Capital. Updated Company Note on Tavistock Investments issued today. Citing their Transformational Year , Allenby comment that:- "With up to another £20m of disposal proceeds to be received over the next three years the Company is in rude financial health and we expect additional acquisitions to further accelerate growth." Allenby Capital increase their Sum of Parts Valuation by near 10% for Tavistock from last December's 16p to 17.3p per share - which is significantly above today's share price of 8p. Some sector headwinds which all appear to be well-provisioned but with year-end cash resources of £15m, a committed growth strategy and another £20million to be received from undoubted Titan Wealth, Tavistock Investments continues to look very compelling. 17/8/2022 19:12 | Transaction costs can be further impacted by the following: Bounded rationality: investor's limited capacity to understand business situations, which limits the value considered in the price. Opportunism: actions taken in a director's best interests, which can create uncertainty in dealings and mistrust between parties. | russman
17/8/2022 11:16 | Two very supportive new RNS's. 1. Yesterday CEO yet again buys shares. This time 50,000 bringing his stake in Tavistock Investments to a very weighty 12.54% 2. Today the Company announces that it has bought back 3 million shares (0.54% of stock outstanding) with such shares to be fully cancelled. The ongoing DIRECTOR BUYING is generally considered an important indicator. This is a tally of DIRECTOR BUYING since summer last year:- 1. 15/6/21 Chairman BUYS 1,080,000 shares 2. 15/6/21 CEO BUYS 900,000 shares 3. 24/6/21 Chairman BUYS 328,500 shares 4. 24/6/21 CEO BUYS 437,000 shares 5. 29/6/22 CEO BUYS 230,000 shares 6. 30/6/22 Chairman BUYS 132,244 shares 7. 4/7/22 CEO BUYS 140,000 shares 8. 26/7/22 Chairman BUYS 120,000 shares 9. 26/7/22 CEO BUYS 200,000 shares 10.16/8/22 CEO BUYS 50,000 shares. That is a great deal of REPEAT DIRECTOR BUYING by the two most senior Company Directors and Insiders. It is rare to encounter such determined and repeat Director Buying - and there normally proves to be a clear ulterior motive for it. You have to wonder....... The Chairman and CEO have a lot to lose if they get it wrong. But a lot to gain if they get it right. They clearly have positive expectations to keep on buying. Nothing like Skin in The Game to keep you keen, focused and driven to win. ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa

01/8/2022 17:38 | Shame the BoD did not get their share options voted through at 2p a share. "This time next year, we will be millionaires, Rodney" | russman

27/7/2022 08:25 | Maybe their growth share incentive arrangements have a share price "performance" criteria. Let them keep buying. | russman
26/7/2022 11:57 | More skin in the game. Both CEO and Chairman buying again. Yes, again. Two RNS's today. Between them, another 300,000 shares at higher than 9p per share. About £28,000. That's on top of the £175,000 of share purchases by them in just over a year ( see post 2883 for details) That makes £200,000+ of recent DIRECTOR BUYING. Take note. ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa
24/7/2022 18:46 | eps were 0.13p last year say 0.08p at the interims excluding the disposal. Lots of ins & outs; 0.25p would still represent a meaningful increase. | russman
22/7/2022 07:00 | Interim dividend of 0.07p payable today. And already received. Thank you, Tavistock. Please keep them coming. ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa |
