11/6/2022 10:45 | Looks to me like ducks in a row… adding Value to the recurring income and making it extremely attractive to potential suitors. If that’s the plan? Big company come in, strip the costs maximise the profit of the recurring income. Once certain salaries and pension contributions are removed from the cost the margins would be huge. Busy sector at the moment. IMO DYOR Etc etc | makeamillion3

07/6/2022 15:31 | Tavistock Investments is mentioned/highlighte Titan last year purchased Tavistock's Fund Management unit of more than £1billion in FUM and at the same time formed a 10 year strategic partnership with Tavistock Investments. The article addresses Titan's compelling further ambitions to grow in size to £30 billion in Assets Under Management over the next five years. One of the questions asked in the interview is " Are there any more acquisitions planned for 2022? ". It is interesting to read the answer from Titan in this unmissable article. It would appear that Tavistock Investments have chosen a very ambitious and highly acquisitive strategic partner. Link herewith to article at Titan Wealth :- hXXps://www.titanwh. One can but wonder to oneself which the targets are that Titan may or may not have in their cross-hairs. Either way, as a strategic partner of such an ambitious player with deep-pocketed backers, the partnership potential for Tavistock is not to be underestimated ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa
07/6/2022 08:25 | Inaccurate. Hardly illiquid. 557 million shares are in issue. NONE ARE RESTRICTED. NONE ARE HELD IN TREASURY. Less than 20% held by senior management. A very large free float. Four million shares traded just yesterday. And many more millions of shares traded in last few sessions. The burgeoning market cap of Tavistock which is now of some £41 million increasingly enhances liquidity and increasingly broadens the investor base. ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa

24/5/2022 12:06 | Don’t be silly Phil. Drive the price down to a disgusting level, then celebrate and praise the board when the dizzy heights of 3p, 4p and 5p are met. It reached over 6p in feb then drifted back for 3 months yet QP claims all Bona Fide shareholders are delighted with yesterdays upturn. Him and his mates maybe, those long term holders who weren’t sent the memo are still way down, even more with inflation. Where are the annual reports QP? | makeamillion3
24/5/2022 11:50 | What is the value of the current board when the share price hasn't moved since 2014? Price is 7p, value is not 7p xo | phillzy1
24/5/2022 06:59 | Price is what you pay. Value is what you get. And Tavistock have scored twice with this acquisition. The value is not to be underestimated - not just for Tavistock's business but also for LEBC where it needs to be borne in mind that Tavistock is both a Controller and a 21% owner. Makes LEBC Holdings a much more stream-lined, focused and APPROACHABLE business. ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa |
