I thought LEBC was pricey for an unlisted minority stake.

QP have they let you out on day release again without your medication again? A strong close bodes well my ass. It’s obvious the company have bought these and what doesn’t bode well is how the price slips when they don’t. The phrase ‘sum of all parts’ mean anything to you because the share price is miles away from that fictional figure still.

I am told there are compliance issues and maybe that's why it looks cheap.I would not put compliance and regulatory due diligence as high on Raven and Cooke abilities.Did they engage a third party expert opinion Did they really dd and lift up the drains? Is this a way for LEBC to access cash in the event of financial liability for past inappropriate advice such as hot topic at FCA DB transfersIf it looks cheap there is normally a reason I want them to accelerate buy back and or dividend payment while they still have the cash

'LEBC, buying price for 20% was cheap' !
I thought LEBC deal was fully priced.

LEBC stated it expects to double EBITDA this year I think I recall so I dont agree with your "I have doubts about the LEBC business"

If cos. double the EBITDA in 1 year & then hopefully produce some more in the year after, I will be happy enough !

This company has no record of reporting cash profits. Difficult to plug until it has a track record. I have my doubts about the LEBC business. I am led to believe there issues . Maybe that explains relatively apparent cheapness of the deal

There must be someone else who can give this a plug before it’s slides back to 4 and below?
Anyone got anymore influential mates to give it a plug?
One plug did more in a month than the BODS have done since inception.
Says enough for me. Bitterly disappointed and can’t even get a price to offload any….
Any words of wisdom QP?
Cheers

Perhaps/probably this crisis in Europe & Ukraine will reduce the purchase price of any acquisition that Tavi might make. Selling during a crisis of course surely reduces the price imo.

Quepassa had a mythological status on the Kromek board… until you delve into his history and find he was there praising it at the beginning when it was x5times the current price. He’s nobody of any knowledge.

Smithy is also a name he uses on the Kromek chat to boost his opinions

Are you sure ?
Friday's trades seem to be balanced, buys & sells, & ~800k on each side.

Perhaps ties in with the last 2 trades at the end of Thursday which add up to be ~ 1 million ??

Looking hopeful//good at LEBC, where TAVI owns 20% & first option/refusal on all of the other shares if any are put up for sale.

LEBC
"We expect EBITDA to more than double this financial year"

What is the amount now of FUA (funds under advice ) ?

An RNS (14 /6/2022) says £4 billion I think. And 20% of LBEC FUA is ~ £1 billion, while not under direct control of TAVI it has a 20% minority shareholder.

Hence is it £5 billion in total (4+1) ??
