20/9/2022 08:44 | INSP shares jump soon | zxie
20/9/2022 08:25 | H1s were out yesterday: tone is v. downbeat. Revenues ahead of the first 6m of 2019. Seems like expansion plans may have been curtailed? Asagi (long TAST) | asagi
12/9/2022 15:53 | can Sell near 10x as many at 5.6p as you can buy for 6p, online & has been like this for three straight sessions | mattjos
08/9/2022 18:54 | https://tools.tasty- | mattjos
08/9/2022 12:44 | Good news with regards cost of energy for business being capped through the winter. That will certainly make things better for the business. Debt free, cash in the bank, expansion underway & now clarity on energy costs for the both the business itself and its customers. | mattjos
07/9/2022 09:42 | Couple of nice buys this morning but, still offered below cash although the gap is narrowing a smidge | mattjos
03/9/2022 14:37 | last year we got results on Monday, September 27th. I understand that the company is hoping instead to get results out in the week commencing September 19th this time around. Asagi (long TAST) | asagi
02/9/2022 19:27 | New website launched: | mattjos
29/8/2022 16:23 | "Our High Streets are still changing quite dramatically and they will continue to evolve. Banking and betting can all be done online. Restaurant chains are actually back in growth for the first time in five years and that's because we can't replace that kind of eating and drinking at home," said PwC's Mr Tan. Store closures at lowest level for seven years: | mattjos
26/8/2022 14:23 | That is a pretty decent safety margin to consider an investment & surely question why this is not trading at more like 8p+ | mattjos
26/8/2022 14:20 | Mkt cap = £7.41mLast update advised:"The Company has now repaid the amount outstanding under the Facility of GBP1.1 million in full and has subsequently cancelled the Facility, leaving the Group with a net cash balance of approximately GBP8.6 million and no debt. There will be an annualised cost saving of approximately GBP57,000 (calculated at today's rates) through repayment, with no early repayment penalty. The Board believes that, with its current net cash and future cashflow, it will have sufficient funds to weather the prevailing economic uncertainties and cost pressures and also satisfy its measured expansion plans for a pipeline of up to five to six new units in 2022. The Board is progressing this strategy and has one new site under offer and is currently negotiating on three others."So, mkt cap is 15% discount to net cash and the business (now expanding) is all in for absolutely nothing whatsoever. | mattjos
26/8/2022 11:24 | slow going but, perhaps starting to move back to at least par cash value .. the business itself still being valued at precisely Zero | mattjos
26/8/2022 11:21 | It doesn't take much buying to make tast move we are well undervalued. | hibberts
18/8/2022 15:02 | still seems much, much too cheap to me. Folk are not all going to stop eating out … yes, some will do so but, others will 'trade down' from premium locations into TAST locations & existing customers will remain existing customers. Students will be back at Uni next month & I imagine are a good customer source in some locations | mattjos
17/8/2022 12:32 | obviously a 'contrarian' play at this stage but, there seems to be a reasonable margin of safety at these levels. Hopefully we'll get some updates on the new openings per "one new site under offer and is currently negotiating on three others." & start to build some confidence | mattjos
17/8/2022 12:23 | cant get a quote online for more than 15k all morning | mattjos
17/8/2022 12:03 | valued at £2m below Net Cash & a trading business thrown in for free. Appreciate that Consumer Discretionary sector is out of favour right now but, fgsake, how cheap does it have to be before others see the value, let alone management confidence in sensible expansion? Had a few more | mattjos
13/8/2022 15:15 | TASTY: £8m Market Cap Could Still Be Remarkably Cheap After FY 2021 Reiterated 5-6 New Restaurants Despite ‘Prevailing Economic Uncertainties’ #TAST
"TAST must be doing well if it can afford another executive salary" | tmfmayn
08/7/2022 11:09 | pretty good incentive for the management to get it sorted then :-) Covid & associated financial assistance has enabled a complete reset of the business back to a much more sustainable start point, imo All the knowledge and experience is still embedded in the business | mattjos
08/7/2022 10:48 | But it's lost money in 5 of the previous 6 years. | trident5
08/7/2022 10:22 | Net Cash at 31.12.21 was £6.8m with Profit after Tax of £1.2m off £34.9m Revs . Trading was from 50/54 sites 23.06.22 now Zero Debt and Net Cash of £8.6m. One new site under offer and three others being negotiated. Mkt Cap remains at £7.13m based on mid closing price. As evidenced today, you can buy at damn near the mid price …. effectively buying Cash at a discount & a profitable £35m T/O business thrown in for free. The market is certainly prone to bouts of madness | mattjos
