Quite sparky at TAST, these past few days.

Looking at L2, folks are paying over in order to be able to take more than the first tier amounts.

There is really very little stock on show here with 5 mm's each showing a mere 3k shrs .... a pretty unbelievably small total, although obviously more than those small lots is available, but not immediately shown.

Quite a recovery from the recent approx 11p low....more to come, imo.

I've missed my chance to add.

I can't get 5,000 without having to pay over the current market price.

I agree but he has still managed to reduce his shareholding over the last few years even after today's purchase.

I'm in favour of CEO and owners holding lots of stock as it will induce them to work hard for the other shareholders.

In for a penny in for a pound ;)

I also note from the Annual report that at end of 2015 he owned 7.8% and at the start of January 2017 he owned 7.1% and now today after this massive purchase he now owns 6.95%LOL indeed!

Three consecutive trades. 2 X 291,250 and 1 preceding X 311,250 all within a few minutes. Yeah maybe the mms just sold all those shares to someone from nowhere and are now short on their books and happy to let the share price rise and assume those losses!? LOL indeed

2 trades are the exact same size and the third is similar numerically also so not sure they all buys. MMs may have stock on their books now and are marking it up to try tempt small retail investors to buy it off them

Wishful thinking perhaps, but the director purchase should mean there are no current plans underway for any rescue rights issue. He would not be able to trade if he had that insider knowledge. I think that has underpinned the sudden relief rally, rather than the sum involved. That said, it is not unheard of for directors to buy ahead of administration...

That's what I thought LBO. I still can't see any reason to touch these at the moment.

Home from work tonight to see the Chairman has doubled his holding.

I felt foolish buying @ 17p in February but not feeling so bad tonight, the share price will inevitably bounce well before the market hears the good news when it does come.
