Its always tough to buy on LSE when the stock is rising. Need a down day really! I hope we remain below the radar, holding here for the very long term, patience really will reward here IMO. I have also promised myself not to talk about Yellowhead until the Flo permit lands…. Yellowhead economics are excellent (at $3/lb) its a 25 year mine life open pit, will be one of the largest mines in N America with gold and silver bi product and construction can likely be funded internally by Gib and Flo just like we are doing with Flo. No selling of minority interests.

It doesn’t really matter if people buy here or not. They don’t let it get too far out of step with the main listings over the pond. It’s just nice when it falls behind a bit so you can pick up some small bargains.
Permit next week? The RNS at the start of the month said expected mid month. Next week in my book.
If so, this is the last chance at these prices

We had over 1.80 back in May.
Before record low stocks of copper and inflation less obvious than now.
Copper strong today, most copper miners will be strong today.
Permit getting very close now… expected mid month remember!

Average copper price achieved in the quarter $4.25 / lb says it all really! Medium term planning assumption is $3. QS99 - sorry no broker notes that i am aware if which is why i have a greater depth of knowledge on TKO versus some of my other holdings!

This is now one of my largest holdings. Mr Market isn’t valuing this properly. The NPV of Flo at $3.45/lb is $1.2bn less capital requirements of $230m to bring Flo into production leaves $1bn of NAV not in todays price. That is discounted back to today. Gib is worth $600m which is more than our EV. So when the permit lands we should have a de-risked EV of $1.6bn versus today $700m with spot copper at over $4/lb
