Looking at the background of our new 3pcnt holder - he is clearly interested in undervalued companies. I don’t think anyone could argue with the fact that Tandem is massively undervalued and as soon as we see an improvement on the trading front the shares should re rate to at least NAV.

Davidosh Blimey, they must be very confident in bringing in multiple millions of cash.
Personally I am not interested in dividends for small companies. If I want Dividends I buy large companies like Legal and General where there is no risk of the Company running out of money in the event of an unexpected crisis.

Does DD involve shipping directly from suppliers to customers and therefore bypasses the need for much of the warehousing capacity? Unless a hub and spoke model is implemented... but then the much lower inventory levels would suggest this isn't really the case. Recognise there's a lot of book value in the warehouse, which is great. However, feels like a lot of spare capacity right now not really being used.

I have read the note several times and can't see any note about a dividend.
They want to make some acquisitions so surely that's the priority.

I hope so , but I can't see a dividend for a few years. They need to pay off debt and build 2 or 3 million of working capital and a cash reserve of a further 2 or 3 million.

I think Peter has done a good job here in very difficult times.

As we fill the space and sales continue to grow during 2024 i would not be surprised to see sales increase about the 20% target.
We should get back to earnings and a dividend to look forward to.

Costs for buildings are still increasing so that asset will go stronger.

They did mention the size of the loss, couldn't get much clearer.

The Directors expect the loss before tax for FY23, subject to audit, to be in line with guidance provided by the Company on 13 December 2023.
