You are correct. I expect an update on construction with the results.
I also think we might get a note giving a forecast.

Once this site is complete it will reduce external storage and give better stock holding which is essential in this just in time world.

I think we will be over 800 after results, it may sound like a big jump, but actually it would be a quite conservative price in my opinion

Tiger..
Hopefully the interims will give us update on how construction on the new warehouse is progressing, though I think it's not expected to be complete till mid 2022.
Seems the climb has started, your post has tempted me to add a few more..Going to raise funds by selling a couple of small underwater holdings that have been lingering in my portfolio.

I keep saying its crazy.
market cap 28m.
no debt/net cash
A growing business that is going to get much leaner post the completion of the new build.
A £5 million a year profit business with a huge property/ cash asset pile is worth at least 12x
Thats 60 million giving an upside of 550/600p in the share price.

Thats right 550 to 600p not 50 to 60p

Interim results....I think they are hoping to have them out earlier than normal this year so maybe by mid September. We will then try to feature them in the Mello September results show on the 28th September as we have a number of high quality companies joining us on that one

Yes its supply not demand that is probably a constraint at the moment.
Until people start travelling abroad again on a significant scale I cant see demand falling.

I think not.
This exercise system is home based and people are free to get some fresh air etc now.

Try buying a bike.

Most sold out for Xmas already.

Article in Cycling Industry News about cycling investment.
"THE TANDEM GROUP
Exchange: AIM

Appealing to investors with a dividend yield of 1.54% the Tandem Group has had a rocket lit under it during the pandemic and is expanding its warehousing in a bid to accommodate its product portfolio, which in the cycling world is best known to hold the Dawes, Squish and Claud Butler labels, among others.

Having bottomed on the early pandemic scare that impacted the markets as a whole, the share price rose from £1.15 to a peak of £6.75 in the space of a year thanks to a sell-out period for its bikes. While the distributor is now planning for a deeper stock in future and has set about adding 80,000 square foot in new space, for the time being it is cautious on near-term headwinds such as stock availability and rising costs.

Like many other listed businesses in cycling, Tandem is diversified in its structure, offering everything from licensed products, through garden furniture and Golf goods. Arguably late to the electric bike party, Tandem’s Q1 e-bike revenue was up 112% this year and there appears to be plenty of scope for that growth to continue."

Also, if you are interested, I'm dabbling in Prophotonix due to its techy nature and especially its LED UV applicability to killing airborn viruses including Covid. PPIX.

Big market, but a tiny company though.

So they are selling the business for 40 m
thats about 6.6p a share.
3.3 paid this month
then 1.1p each year for 3 years.

This is back to the company not shareholders.

So market cap is 29m v a cash sale of 40m.

Whats left ( business wise is free).

All good but unless the share price moves how does shareholders benefit.
