Well,
They couldn't even get a simple share buyback right, they've blown it yet again.
Blown all that good faith, given us investors another good kicking.

They were quick enough to get their hands on more cash, where is it now? Maybe it's sitting in customs, or maybe it's been invested in a Ferrari or two?

Anyone could be forgiven for thinking that they're siphoning off all the cash and selling the harvests to their cousins.

I think brexit will be done quicker . The only thing That makes me think this will go through is because one of the big boys wants his 20m plus shares.

I remember reading many years ago about what they found when they raised the wreckage of the warship Mary Rose. Incredibly they found the perfectly sealed cabin of the captain, with the captain still sitting in his chair, though he was very dead and was all dried and shrivelled up and covered in cobwebs, but amazingly he was holding a 400 year+ copy of the Financial Times and the headline was "Taihua are planning to pay a maiden dividend and starting to do buybacks".

I thought we would have heard something by now. Surely our Board must have had some idea what format the buy back would take when deciding to announce it! Its not like they suddenly decided to announce a buyback thinking they would work out the details later on surely?

Drop in the offer on todays sells. The 100k sold yesterday didnt get taken up, and no buy today so far. Has our buyer finished?

Anyone know what shares are in free float now.I remember lyonst5 saying the buy back would clear out all p.i's but Mr yang buying in how will that work now.If no big holders sell what would MM'S do.

If I recall correctly, I think Nick paid around 11p for his shares back in the distant past. It would be nice if he managed to turn some sort of profit on his holding! It would also be nice to see him 'averaging down' at some point when the Company is not in a closed period!

Looks like yang is still buying looking at the 100k swaps again.Buy back still on hold then,if he is happy to pay a higher price i am hoping for 8 or 9p.I hope jtcod is not though!.

Well Noirua if that's the person behind the holding RNS then that is a big step forward, we have not been able to confirm that it is the same person yet though.
Oxtail and DB, well after the amount of investment and the new players taking on such sizable holdings somethings most likely afoot. If its not, then the only question then to ask is, why not ?

P.S. And the RNS has a Hong Kong phone number and also contains the name Nan yang and also Nan Zhang so i guess one of them is a misprint.

I cannot see anything on the blog that has been posted in the last five or six years! Are we missing something Noirua, or is it rather something that you are 'implying'? Is this Nan Yang seperate to Taihua, or is/was he connected through the Board or the Company itself? I agree oxtail, it would put an interesting perspective on things going forward if these recent investors were previously unassociated with the Company whatsoever! Could mean somethings afoot........

He may be buying so as to move back into China as a director of TAIH.

lyonst5 what do you think to all these investors coming in,they are not buyng in for a yearly harvest.Something else must be been planned for the future new drug/link up with bigger player,takeover play.big fish always = big money!
