11/1/2017 16:32 | I also believe the company will be a different beast soon, but i dont like that its faithful shareholders who have been through the endless poor performance since IPO are treated like mushrooms. While moves are being made behind the scenes which may see them bought out for peanuts and any remaining holders liable to be brushed into the long grass by a few large holders that could take the company private on a whim. | lyonst5
11/1/2017 16:15 | You may be right lyonst5, but whatever, I personally don't think Taihua will be as we know it now in 12 to 18 months time! I personally think that something much bigger than harvests and such like is going on behind the scenes. Somebody has a vision for this Company and I don't think Forsythia plants figures much in it! | duplicate book
11/1/2017 15:42 | I agree DB, Though the company is dragging their feet deliberately or not on many issues and it is currently conveniently playing into the hands of a possible future majority ownership of the company. | lyonst5
11/1/2017 14:54 | Anybody selling now is just giving their shares to someone who knows more of what is going on behind the scenes in my opinion. I doubt that any forthcoming trading update will have any real impact on our buyer(s) either, other than allowing them to get more stock a bit cheaper if we drop after its release. | duplicate book
11/1/2017 14:35 | Steady selling all the way up to 6p is fine by me don't want people all dumping stock at the same time.I doubt the buyer is daft enough to chase the price.let's see what the trading update hits us with there never is a good one!. | oxtail2015
11/1/2017 14:14 | Limits are tightening up again! If the selling dries up, then our buyer is going to have to pay a little more for his stock. Be nice to see a little tick up on the bid before the close. | duplicate book

11/1/2017 12:13 | Just recap of Rule 26 to the Directors in China if you are looking in. AIM Rule 26 - an overview In February 2007 AIM Rule 26 was introduced, that stated each AIM company must from admission maintain a website on which the following information should be available to view free of charge: A description of its business and, where it is an investing company, its investing strategy The names of its directors and brief biographical details of each, as would normally be included in an admission document A description of the responsibilities of the members of the board of directors and details of any committees of the board of directors and their responsibilities Its country of incorporation and main country of operation Where the AIM company is not incorporated in the UK, a statement that the rights of shareholders may be different from the rights of shareholders in a UK incorporated company Its current constitutional documents (e.g. its articles of association) Details of any other exchanges or trading platforms on which the AIM company has applied or agreed to have any of its securities (including its AIM securities) admitted or traded The number of AIM securities in issue (noting any held as treasury shares) and, insofar as it is aware, the percentage of AIM securities that is not in public hands together with the identity and percentage holdings of its significant shareholders. This information should be updated at least every 6 months. Details of any restrictions on the transfer of its AIM securities Its most recent annual report published pursuant to rule 19 and all half-yearly, quarterly or similar reports published since the last annual report pursuant to rule 18 All notifications the AIM company has made in the past 12 months Its most recent admission document together with any circulars or similar publications sent to shareholders within the past 12 months Details of its nominated adviser and other key advisers (as might normally be found in an admission document) | lyonst5
11/1/2017 12:10 | Yes just one of those 100k trades going through would have paid for a good English and Chinese website which would comply with Rule 26. After seemingly endless amount of pressure on the company to sort this out i'm at a loss of how they managed to do such a shoddy job. | lyonst5
11/1/2017 12:01 | someone told me once it cost £50 for a company to issue an RNS. So they might've spent more money announcing the new website than actually developing it | davydoo
11/1/2017 11:48 | Where are they getting these shares from? Must be a big sell to show later surely? | duplicate book
11/1/2017 11:35 | Well im not sure that it complies with rule 26 but i hope its a start and we have a bonus of 1 photo, which is of the API factory with the new additional blue structure on the roof. P.S. The website is almost copy of the old one but now with lots of basic information missing . | lyonst5
11/1/2017 11:26 | no expense spared eh? | davydoo
11/1/2017 11:21 | the incompetence burns now says thuaplc :( edit. apologies I thought they had misspelt taih | davydoo

11/1/2017 11:17 | Ok new RNS out but remember to remove the . after the .com | lyonst5
11/1/2017 11:11 | Yes the old one had been down for over a week and was kind of hoping a new one would appear at some point, so here is hoping that it's a great improvement over the old one. | lyonst5
11/1/2017 11:01 | That will be why then ;o)) | duplicate book
