28/9/2016 21:48 | It's worth remembering that it's good for the company and therefore the remaining shareholders to reduce the shares in issue at the lowest cost possible | davydoo
28/9/2016 20:25 | Hmm. I can't help thinking that I smell a rat. | horneblower
28/9/2016 20:16 | Random guy selling yes but can only be the company buying the 300k a day.At a guess about £50k spent so long way to go,get this seller out the way and the fun should begin.A great asset for the company to have going forward I think the new guys will become very rich.I am waiting for 7p myself because this price is peanuts and this company owes me. | oxtail2015
28/9/2016 19:14 | It's a market makers dream, instructed to buy any sells immediately, and all at a nice spread | davydoo
28/9/2016 18:50 | In other words, this is just some random guy selling, and another random guy buying the stock, usually within a few minutes? Not arranged or negotiated trades through an MM? Seems a little random to me, especially in view of the recent announcement from the Board. I guess we shall just have to wait and see what transpires over the next few weeks or months. It is going to be interesting to see if anything is revealed in our soon to be expected RNS! | duplicate book
28/9/2016 17:42 | Must be a holder under 3% from years ago and just want out and are making use of some liquidity produced from the buyback.Even if we dont go much higher the stock will be tightly held going forward. | oxtail2015
28/9/2016 17:24 | Those are open market trades we are seeing, off market trades are off the order book and don't pass the market makers sweaty paws. | lyonst5
28/9/2016 17:10 | These trades are the open market aren't they? | davydoo
28/9/2016 16:56 | If it is the Company buying, then they have got hold of over a million already, without having to buy any in the open market! Somebody is willing to let theres go at 2.5p! Why? Especially at this moment in time. | duplicate book
28/9/2016 16:37 | It's true Taihua way, if there's a way to do it diffently they will find it. And maybe we get a cheap thrills deal from the Nomad which allows us only a couple of RNS's a year, with extra discount if released after the close. | lyonst5
28/9/2016 16:25 | I don't know the rules but when i've seen other company's do buybacks they announce every single day. | davydoo
28/9/2016 16:16 | I would think that it is the company. Having RNS'd their intentions regarding buying their own shares with the placing cash they may not need to announce daily. | horneblower
28/9/2016 15:43 | Company buying for me, there is never a rush to declare | hatey
28/9/2016 14:38 | This cant be the company buying, they'd have to declare every day This cant be a major holding buying, they'd have broken through a % barrier and have to declare So I can only deduce it is a new buyer, which has to be positive, if the buy backs are still to come. | davydoo
28/9/2016 08:24 | Crazy difference on those trades now. | hatey
27/9/2016 15:58 | Thanks lyonst5. Share price has a bit to go to catch up then! | duplicate book
27/9/2016 15:49 | DB, With 100m shares its 1p cash and 15p assets | lyonst5
27/9/2016 15:45 | If its upto £1m, how much does that equate to a share now with the enlarged capital? | duplicate book
27/9/2016 15:34 | I think we hope to find out that this week. The forsythia payments kind of skew things every 6 months, but at a guess £500k - £1m | lyonst5
27/9/2016 15:26 | How much cash is in the bank? | horneblower
27/9/2016 15:18 | Delisting requires +75% approval and the recent issue of shares added with all the BOD shares does'nt come to this amount, even if then the share register is reduced by the buybacks. And most of the cash has been spent on the upgrades. So not much incentive to cash strip it, unless you have a fetish for lots of trees and bushes. | lyonst5
27/9/2016 14:57 | Hmm, I am reluctant to say this as it won't do me any good but my suspicion is that the new major shareholder is more interested in the company's cash pile than in the company's business. Buying out shareholders at 25% value of the cash in the business is very good business...if you own the business. I can see this being de-listed as soon as the equation tips in its favour. | horneblower
27/9/2016 14:21 | It is not "real" market imvho. Transactions are among connected parties to make a "market". Nothing else makes sense to me as there are no "who cares funds" involved. | odvod
27/9/2016 12:19 | I've held for years, and my average is somewhat higher than todays bid! Even at the recent lows, I am pretty sure that nobody bought such a large quantity at an average below 2.5p, which means they are selling out at a loss. Why now? I know there could be any number of reasons linked to business, or personal issues, but recent events suggest the Company may be back on track. Its not just the size and quantity of the sells, its the matched buys that intrigue me. Clearly something is being sorted out behind the scenes, and as long as the current arrangement continues, then the share price isnt going anywhere! | duplicate book
27/9/2016 10:59 | do not agree. if 1 sticks for years one is clever and patient an does not need cash. most of us will s(tick) for the good (coming) times too. like the marriage. the weak divorce soon. | kaos3 |
