16/9/2016 18:33 | That's actually not a bad take up when you consider how many insiders couldn't take part. That's PIs stumping up fresh cash. I'm encouraged by that. | davydoo
16/9/2016 17:37 | These numbers don't look right, less raised than I expected and a lower new total number of shares than I expected, but I need to check the specifics. | davydoo
16/9/2016 17:12 | I take they will not inform us when they plan to start the buy back, and they will just do it when they feel like it.could be a cunning plan to start after poor results. | oxtail2015
16/9/2016 16:55 | Not many took their allocation up by the looks of it! Now thats sorted, let the fun begin. Lets see what happens now over the next few weeks, or months. | duplicate book
16/9/2016 16:47 | After hours rns | che7win
15/9/2016 07:42 | I see yet again that Nick has been able to arrange another informal meeting for the shareholders of Univision. I know its been mentioned in the past but no harm asking again, it would be good to see some executive over from Taihua to this neck of the woods. | lyonst5
14/9/2016 16:09 | He obviously has deep pockets, and l reckon he is going to need them! | duplicate book
14/9/2016 15:58 | I don't expect anything until Monday It will be interesting to see how much of the offer was taken up and how much was left to Tao Ji | davydoo

12/9/2016 13:09 | This year there has been talk of the Chinese authorities opening up the sale of prescription drugs online. And now i've noticed that Taihua have posted on their Chinese website last week that they attended a pharmaceuticals online conference last month in Beijing and are now attempting/proceedin www.chinadaily.com.c tech2ipo.com/1003155 www.thzhiyao.com/new If this became reality this would solve in part their problem of securing the hard to get traditional distribution agreements. Maybe the younger and soon to be other board member have knowledge and clout in this area. | lyonst5
11/9/2016 20:33 | For what its worth i have taken up my entitlement i had until midnight tonight. They say a fool and his money are easily parted, but with the confidence of tao plus the power of the buyback i think i have made the right move.Lets hope the 500k of stock becomes a great asset for the company as well. | oxtail2015
10/9/2016 20:25 | Oxtail, There was a tax implication, that's why they are raising money outside of China to do the share buy back, otherwise it wouldn't make much sense! | che7win
09/9/2016 22:43 | A one off all or nothing then? | oxtail2015
09/9/2016 22:04 | They can't buy with trade receivables, only with money raised outside of China. | che7win
09/9/2016 19:09 | Results will be poor and i dont think they can say much about the harvest other than if there was more than the one week of bad weather. You would of thought the stock would hit huge resistance at 6p,100% profit for holders taking up the offer plus current holders wanting out.I hope that once they have collected the trade receivables they will buy back more stock. Is the company doing this for us or just getting the new guy a good percentage of stock,do we really think one buy back is enough to buy out all the fed up long termers?. | oxtail2015
09/9/2016 14:31 | I would like to think, that after this offer, the days of 2 and 3p will be well and truly behind us! Maybe this is the turning point for the Company that we have all been waiting for? With hindsight, it would have made sense to buy at the recent lows to average down my purchase price, buy hey ho......was all down to confidence, and the lack of the same l had in our Board to turn things around! Time will now tell. I too am passing on my entitlement. Looking forward to seeing how this all plays out now. Need it to go up another 100% to get me back to break even, or there abouts. | duplicate book
09/9/2016 13:24 | I have and I am happy to share. I am not buying the offer. The main reason is that although I still want to increase my holding, I also want to see the outcome of the offer and the interim results before committing new capital. I am also fortunate that I think I recognised the opportunity here and so bought what took me through 3% at around 2p rather than wait for the 2.63p offer. The other reason is that I welcome the emergence of a new major shareholder, so if there's someone willing to stump up that much cash, let's not stand in their way. There'll always be another day for me. | davydoo
09/9/2016 12:58 | My broker (TD Direct) say I have until Wednesday 14th to decide. Davydoo, Have you made up your mind yet? | horneblower
08/9/2016 14:03 | davydoo, based on past perfprmance the results will come out on the last possible day. So don't hold the old breath! :) | edmundshaw
08/9/2016 11:20 | The half year results are due before 30 September. Will be interesting to see the timing of those. Real spread is even wider now 2.34 - 2.96 | davydoo
07/9/2016 23:38 | May be a little premature, but after all the dust has settled following this recent news flow, it would be nice to get a positive Brokers note outlining just what TAIH are hoping to achieve over the next couple of years, and how they plan to do it. Hopefully the 1p days are well and truly behind us now, and the new blood in the Company can guide us to bigger and better things. Other than this open offer business, are we due, expecting any other news over the next four weeks or so? | duplicate book |
