Good morning,

Any DHL contract could immediately put pounds on the share price, for the following reasons.

It would confirm real customer orders to an end user.

It 100% validates the product.

It makes it simple to sell to ANY future customer

Investors will place extremely high multiples on the share price.

Today’s tiny valuation of TRAC would not reflect ongoing business and the shares would be re rated accordingly.

Whenever you find a stock that has the ability to grow profits at 500% or 1000%, from zero, in a short timeframe, your onto a winner.

On paper, at least, with orders like the last two, it can be done. Put DHL in the frame, and you might need a seatbelt.

On the other hand it is a dangerous strategy to value a company at £15 million that

- was not able to issue/create its accounts without the 2 recent cash raises (going concern statement)
(the co. had max'd out its loans & was borrowing from dirs. & paying dirs using shares !!)

- has a documented history of announcing expected future sales from a new distributor/client
That NEVER turn in to reality.

- that announce an agreement to have a distributor as being like a contract for sales & give numbers for possible sales. It is/was not. Sadly most investors seem unable to read the actual words & can be mislead, like sheep.

- the share price is already 3 x turnover. & Loss making. & With notable debts.
Over priced imo.

-----

I hope that it works out for holders but for me the risk/reward is completely different than what you think it is.

(1 company in USA has 80% of the past sales of monitoring units on thermal containers, reefers. Apparently an installed number of 400-500k.
It is "NOT" Lse:trac

Do Trac investors know the name of that other company ?
Probably not.
Have Trac investors done any research ?
Probably not.

----

If Trac were to get sales in 2022 of say £1million (25% of annual turnover ) for container trackers it would make little difference to the accounts imo & the com would still be loss making.

----

Ah
And this is supposed to be the most exciting time for the co. in all the years it has been listed.
& weeks before, a respected non-exec. departs. Negative sign imo.

MM want to slam the price down to get stock.

However constant buying prevents this.

I've picked up more too. Wish I'd done it when I originally was going to top up at 15p!

But all good... It's all about the future

Yes, I remember LoQ today from the old Ofex days. Ofex was a great index with an odd mixture of football clubs and property asset plays plus quite a few early-stage gems like LoQ.

The market always looks out, if it believes huge revenues can be generated, from a tiny company, the re rate starts long before profits ever show up.

It’s my belief this stock “could” do it.

However not without its risks like any other stock.

Note the market cap of this stock with a simple product just like TRAC.

£600,000

Then look at the recent posts ten years on

6000% rise. !

Agreed bap, the potential to increase customs revenues at ports makes for a compelling sales pitch. Insurance companies as well will presumably offer cheaper insurance for companies using smart containers. The current insurance premiums must be very high given the $50 billion losses figure for shipping goods that is cited so often.

This was one of the interesting snippets from the first sales and distribution agreement: "The consortium will assist port authorities to track and monitor goods in transit and to increase taxation revenues."

They also reference enhanced security and actionable data for customs authorities here:

"t42's state-of-the-art solutions provide 24/7 real-time monitoring, cloud-based analytics, enhanced security and actionable data for target customers which includes ports, cargo owners, shipping companies, freight forwarders, insurance companies, customs authorities and homeland security and police."

Put simply, if this company spits out another 3 contract RNS notifications in the next few weeks, or months those who have sold, or been sitting on the sidelines, will be hurting.

The company appear to be saying more contracts are within the pipeline that will have the effect on investors, to stay put.

If that’s the case then any buying will move the stock up.

Basically it’s a very dangerous strategy to short the shares.

Shares are about the future , never the past.

Today’s market cap is not £250M it’s about £13M.

Those that make massive profits tend to buy early, see Crypto for evidence of that, with 75 cryptos more than ten bagging last year.

IF this company had had a better track record, the stock might easily be £2.00 right now.

They do have products, turnover, and recently cash.

Just one more order from an established user could see a 300% rise within an hour of the RNS.

LIKE ALL STOCKS THE RISK IS 100% of your investment.

The chart looks like this stock is not only firm but going higher.

"TRAC's market cap is still very low in my opinion when I compare it to other nano caps which have no revenues or turnover and have not made any profits and yet have a significant multiple attached and in that respect TRAC from a risk/reward basis looks very attractive".

Attractive risk/reward !

Loss making, always !
Share price performed badly versus IPO price because it failed to delivery, ever. Never ending cash raises.
What is the turnover, ~4 million & cap. Value of ~£13 million.

~3 times turnover !

Way over priced. Mkt is already including in the price that the co. will see a 50-100% increase in paid turnover in '22.
& I think the chance of that is the same as seeing pigs fly over the Battersea ex-power station building.

Any big contract signed with delivery & payment in H1 of say 2 million pounds ?

Well no.
