Sales from recent 'orders' ?

Zero, as stated in those 'orders', because they were not orders but agreements with distributors.

Trac has a history of announcing distributor deals & hoped for sales. Examples
- cubemonk
- WIMC
- Russian distributor for Lokies

& many more over the last X years.

None of them ever delivered the alleged sales, as shown by the co. accounts & repeated cash raises.

Two sides here, traders and the investors.

Most of the traders are gone.

If you believe the company will deliver, then they are incredibly cheap.

Agreed ST. t42's revenues going forward from smart containers will be SaaS revenues and the average multiple for U.S. tech companies for Saas revenues is 15.5. It's much higher for small, fast-growing companies but the UK will almost inevitably have a lower average multiple. Once t42 hit revenues of £10m plus then a market cap of £100m plus isn't out of the question as that would be a valuation based on two-thirds of the average U.S. valuation. The market will probably reserve judgement until a trading update shows announced prospects are becoming reality.

Some talk on lse about imminent further contracts in the Far East, but I'd be wary of that and it's probably just educated guesswork given t42 have announced other territories.

Perhaps more interesting is the possibility that the U.S. distributor agreement is in some way linked to DHL. It should be an interesting 2022 and the risk/reward at the current market cap looks compelling imo.

If this company is successful in gaining a 1% market share, shareholder returns could be absolutely massive.

Hopefully the CLN sellers are out now, it's been 20.2p bid for 2 days so if they wanted to sell there was a good bid for their stock but no takers

Worth noting online the bid is a huge 20.2p

So 19-21p monitor but 20.2-20.6p online

time to move up again perhaps?

99% of containers are not tracked.

In the past this was due to lack of power to keep the device going for years.

Since this has now been overcome, and transmission issues have greatly reduced, its game on.

Don’t forget two things.

Competition is not an issue when the market is unestablished.

Tiny companies only require tiny profits.

£500,000 of recurring revenues can be valued at £25M if the market believes in the company.

Lokies/tracking padlock from TRAC

Be aware that there are various other smart padlocks out there.

Including

"We are excited to announce the availability of the PLTX-01KR-DR and the PLTX-02KR-DR."

hxxps://cyberlock.com/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIm_vS07Ca9QIVF-R3Ch2gdAATEAMYASAAEgLx0fD_BwE

There are various others.

Such as the G400.
Which looks to be from China & does provide tracking, it is probable targetting the market for lower cost & high volume. China, a tough (impossible?) competitor for price.

The pros & cons of each one (& whether it comes with a good easy to use tracking app, I don't know.

----

& Tracking device are very cheap nowadays.
Sure if you want different functions or higher performance or the tracking software to do certain things then sure an off the shelf £20 item from Amazon won't do it.

But for £1/2 million a suitable tracking app could be made, imo, by people experienced in creating tracking apps

Competitive market imo......& that prices have come down.
The many problems of lse:trak (vehicle tracking) is proof of how tough it is to survive

Lse:tst also do some stuff for vehicle tracking.
& QUARTIX
