Now let’s look at the guy bap and his game not just TRAC

So he registered the the handle Bapodra Investments. Why one might ask. Is it to mislead folk to think he is not just any punter but a professional qualified Investment Professional.

All his threads he starts have Bapodra Investments in the title. You might ask again is this to mislead, create the impression in folks mind he is a professional.

Well it looks pretty clear to me.

Slowly the truth dropping with ARB and with it the share price

At the interims the company was just off break even, with margins of 40%.

So it’s got revenue, and a base to grow from.

"or the best stock you could ever buy"

Why do you say that ?

They almost don't have any sales !!
Sure they make some technology stuff, but so what, there are lots of companies making tracking units for containers & vehicles. Lots. Do a google search & you can see them. (One of those companies says it has supplied 80% of the tracking units for reefers in the USA. It is not TRAC. (& for vehicle tracking there is TRAK, & Quantix). TRAK is also a microcap & has had cash raises to survive, ooh, so has TRAC.

TRAC Without the 2 recent cash raises it could not have got a going concern statement in its forthcoming accounts for '21. (& the shares would have been suspended as a result)

New two-minute video on

The CEO emphasises that it's a $2 trillion market and t42 'intend to be one of the top players in this arena.' I am not sure if the market size is IOT or the global shipping container tracking market.

Certainly, in the latter, there are $50b annual losses that IoT smart container tracking can address. Inevitably, insurance companies will begin to insist on smart containers being

They also reference that new revenues can be produced by ports where none existed before. Thus was alluded to in the first contract announcement. I am assuming this relates to accurate and enhanced tax receipts for customs.

"Seen this before and the contracts never materialised!"

in my long post the other day I also wrote the same,
as one of the/my negative points. (& I gave 3 examples:-
Cubemonk, WIMC & 'Russian client that plans to buy large volumes'; none of these materialised. I hope that TRAC & their workers achieve success but the track record is of losses & repeated cash raises (2 more cash raises in last 8 weeks !), while yes the co. has done well to minimise the operating costs/losses in order to stay listed for longer. (without the 2 recent cash raises it would imo not have been able to issue its annual accounts & hence would have had to have been suspended, the loans was at max. level & dirs were even accepting shares instead of cash for pay, 'cause money situation was so bad; all the info is in the accounts)

...a distribution agreement is "not" a sales contract as some have falsely believed. The RNS clearly states that there are no minimum sales or any sales orders included in these 'deals'.

If every distribution agreement was viewed as being a sale it might mean that every container or road container has , or will have, >10 tracking devices ! (since numerous tracking product companies announce distribution deals, it is very normal).

Erm there is no gap. Each RNS was intraday and so never caused one. Only caught prats out like you. Would you like to try something else?

Did say this would drop to 17-18p that's where there's a gap that needs filling... can't hold its gains... people left holding the baby! I'll take a position but not yet! Seen this before and the contracts never materialised!

Yes, thanks Nick. I would agree with your analysis. Also a nice healthy pull back with selling apparently subsided. Looking like buyers starting to dip in again. Are you one of them yet Bap?

The market valuation is in 'show me' mode at the moment. Any sign that even lower-end figures of the projected revenues are lgoing to be achieved then, with apologies for the play on the tickers, t42 is on trac to be the star performer of 2022.

A DHL contract will have the same impact as any positive market trading update. It's a bit too early for the latter but I think patient holders will reap further rewards here.

Some good insight/clarification from Foxhill on lse regarding the latest rns after communicating with t42:-

"‘Brief exchange with BoD today yielded little new as you’d expect. But emphasis on satisfying themselves that OpenBox were the right partner in the US else exclusivity wouldn’t have been on the table, significant forward down payments will feature and as such no concrete plans for further funding. I get the impression that updates will confirm initial deliveries/developments until these normalise.

I’m content to hold, ‘look forward to the next TU/RNS. Might not be long?"
