05/1/2022 08:32 | Somebody bought 21143 at 27.9p first thing and then sold them for 24.5p | dave4545
05/1/2022 01:04 | Don't underestimate the scale of the supply chain issues in the US. There have recently been high level discussions between Shippers/ Truckers/Railfreight companies and Port authorities regarding the huge complex problems that persist within their domestic supply chains. They need to spend BIG on improving their infrastructure but this in itself won't resolve their current dileamnour. There are many different facets to the supply chain and they're lacking any form of visibility. JB's administration has been brought up to speed on the nature of these issues which are not going away and may take several years to resolve. In the meantime they're losing out on Tariffs and Taxes and are in desperate need of track and trace technology to help overcome these problems. t42_IoT have exactly the type of products needed to address this matter and I wouldn't be surprised if there were several large US logistics operators currently negotiating with our BOD to avail themselves of their state of the art technology. Covid will prove to be a catalyst for this company as it has the right products and is in the right place at the right time. We may still see several more large contracts fall into their lap from within the US domestic market and this is before consideration of DHL, CropX, Zero/Polaris, Russian Federated Railways and their counterparts in Kazakhstan, Belarus, Poland and Ukraine This company has several key products and there's a lot more to come. 2022 could really prove to be a transformational year as the BOD are very upbeat about their immediate prospects with many more potential deals in the pipeline | nig1954
04/1/2022 23:11 | Thanks smithy | givmesunshine
04/1/2022 22:12 | ...sounds very clever | smithie6
04/1/2022 22:10 | I was, but I have a real-time bot which makes an alarm go off I coded myself… could only buy micro amounts at 17p though. | albert arthur
04/1/2022 22:04 | givmesunshine 2 of the families of products are - Tracking Locks & resulting SAAS income (old name Lokies) (remotely monitored padlock, with Abus doing the padlock part, Abus being part of a blue chip global co.) (clearly such a 'smart padlock' could be used in a big variety of applications, not just on the door of containers) The RNS today is for Tracking Locks (old name 'Lokies'), & SAAS income while the Dec. RNS was for Tetis & Tracking Locks & resulting SAAS income. - Tetis. a container monitoring device, with options to monitor various parameters inside the container such as temperature, humidity etc, (& the Kylos products are for air freight monitoring, & Helios family of products for tracking/monitoring vehicles, motorbikes, & the co. is involved in Cropz (monitoring & technology linked to crops) | smithie6
04/1/2022 21:44 | To me this looks like a BOD who know what they are doing , they stick to stated timelines and so far have produced what they have promised in terms of new contracts. A lot further to go with this one so will be holding | petemc7763
04/1/2022 21:17 | Well, this looks kosher... | glavey
04/1/2022 21:10 | (the key info from the Dec. RNS about the new Dec. 2021 warrants is in my post. The only conditions for these new warrants is the exercise price ( type a 17p, type b 19p) & the expiry date ) ------ Significance of today's RNS, being second recent contract RNS & that they expect more ! I agree (& we have fingers crossed for getting a contract with DHL, which would being a lot of kudos if obtained) | smithie6
04/1/2022 20:40 | Any warrants and options will have a prior exercise and release date RNS....Interims can be found here:https://www.lon | albert arthur
04/1/2022 20:06 | "Does anyone know how much debt the company has?" Oh bap you said this was on your watch list but you have no idea of how much debt the company has. No wonder you are stuck in your tulip stock ARP. Set you own thread up bap and stop ruining this one. In fact is it you using the newbie name ? I wouldn't put it past you. | babycheeky
04/1/2022 19:26 | Hmmm, am I alone in thinking it smells a bit fishy that RNS? | trotterstrading
04/1/2022 19:13 | warrants "The Company now has a total of 3,583,334 warrants over new Ordinary Shares outstanding, which represents 6.82 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital." - normally, any people wanting to book some profits would sell shares & keep the warrants; because a) they can not press a button & sell the warrants, but they can for shares b) to sell the warrants they have to first convert to shares & to do that they have to cough up the cash in advance, at 17p/warrant or 19p/warrant (2 tyoes in recent issue) & that is a deterrent/negative c) people normally treat warrants as a freebie, since they are received for free & hence are more likely (combined with b) ) to put the warrants to one side & wait d) the people that recently received lots of warrants have recently put in a lot of money, £1million in the last cash raise, I cannot see them wanting to stump up more money just days later to exercise warrants in order to sell them. They have shares they could sell if they wanted; whether they have yet received those shares is another question. | smithie6
04/1/2022 18:47 | Warrants, if not forward sold, like options, generally overhang at 7% ratio of daily volume as per placings too… today we were just over 3.5m volume… I don’t see the size of the warrants being an issue at all. | albert arthur
04/1/2022 18:18 | This "Open Box" could be Amazon. A search is a little hazy but one that crops up a few times is Amazon, perhaps the company could clear that up. mm's having it off, they are delaying all the 50k trades+ 2 hours and they are still coming in and people are selling and somebody else is buying seconds later and mm's are making instant thousands of profits | dave4545
04/1/2022 17:35 | Whats the thoughts on this bit within the RNS?? Shipping Excluded from contract ? or getting this wrong ? Cheers t42's remaining innovative IoT capabilities which enable real-time tracking, monitoring and security for shipping container owners remain outside the scope of the Contract, which the management of t42 believe have huge revenue potential in the USA alone, in addition to the Contract. | givmesunshine
04/1/2022 17:12 | They just raised circa 1m in LN, and burn circa 1.3m a year... Fundings look OK. Contracts look great.... | albert arthur
04/1/2022 17:11 | Hi All - missed gains on this today - Had £2k's worth from the pre xmas drop, but it was only a marker to keep my eye on.. i'm going to invest here now, just a matter of timimg .. was going to buy more earlier, but limits were too low, so took a deep breath after adding 42,521 @28.2, i may wait before adding further Mkt Cap still doesnt seem to reflect the past two RNS.. whats the thoughts from LTH? | givmesunshine
04/1/2022 17:03 | The market probably wants proof TRAC can carry out the contract it's just signed, without further, possibly heavy dilution. Patience required IMO! | dancing piranha
04/1/2022 16:47 | Thanks bapodra, I know you pick the small caps exceptionally well. I think there is a lot more upside here and the likely/potential DHL Lokies contract to come. It will be interesting to see where it settles first. However, if TRAC deliver on anything like the projected SaaS figures from the last two contract rns's then it remains a multi-bagger from here over the next couple of years. A £14m market cap company at the right time and the right place for the expanding market of smart shipping containers. It may well become a takeover candidate over time. | nick2412
04/1/2022 16:47 | I'm at 11p, bought more with the bot today at 17p on news, then added at 28p... legs in this... much more. | albert arthur |
