Agree all the evidence suggest the earlier the better but is it ethical to keep a placebo arm?

The home trial could well be even better, Waterloo. Generally at least two studies are needed to support efficacy so I hope they continue the home trial to completion.

I'm surprised given the quality of the results that it wasn't stopped and unblinded. With the home trial, the question is will it be ethical to give a placebo? Surely emergency approval beckons.
