finnCap: "Synairgen (SNG): Corp COVID-19 treatment â€" positive Phase II data Synairgen released very positive results from its Phase II trial of SNG001 in hospitalised COVID-19 patients â€" a 79% reduction in patients developing severe disease or death, with those on SNG001 more than twice as likely to recover over the treatment period than those on placebo. Both were statistically significant. Valuing the COVID-19 opportunity is nigh on impossible; however, we upgrade our target price to 360p but recognise that this could go substantially higher, based on upcoming discussions with regulators, which should clarify the route to market and the potential for buying SNG001 ahead of the winter 2020 flu season and the possibility of a second wave of COVID-19."

Thanks mate. I did top slice this morning too early but remember the pain of it dropping from it's previous 70p. I had 65k shares but reduced now to a core holding. So chuffed. I've got a good mate who is a consultant, Nobby and Vitec to thank. Over the moon!.. we needed some good news in our house.

craffert, Covid-19 can almost be seen as a side show. Inhaled INF beta is not specific for Covid - it will be effective, on this evidence, in any viral pneumonia. I can see it being trialled in any seasonal 'flu epidemic.

But remember to not short change yourself.

You got to know when to hold them and know when to fold them.

Trade is risky at moment as some will have learned already
