Didn't the big boys load up on the 35p placing and aren't they recouping their investment from the 70p to now current SP? Gets their investment into the placing back and maintain initial holdings at diluted %. Win win no?

Probably posted already but worth posting again:

Interferon beta (IFN-beta) is a naturally occurring protein, which orchestrates the body’s antiviral responses.

There is evidence that deficiency in IFN-beta production by the lung could explain the enhanced susceptibility of these at-risk patient groups to developing severe lower respiratory tract (lung) disease during respiratory viral infections.

Viruses including coronaviruses such as SARS-CoV-2 have evolved mechanisms to suppress the body’s production of IFN-beta, helping the virus evade the innate immune system.

Adding inhaled IFN-beta before or during viral infection could prevent or diminish cell damage and viral replication.

SNG001 is formulated to be delivered directly to the lungs via nebulisation and has already showed promise in two phase 2 clinical trials in asthma, where it improved lung function with a respiratory viral infection.

The drug was also identified by the World Health Organisation in its landscape analysis of potential therapies for the coronavirus, and is the only phase 2 or phase 3 observational therapy delivered by the inhaled route.

The MMs have been manipulating the share price all day.
Often walking the price down even when trades were predominantly buys.
The spread would often widen so buys were shown as sells and it appears
when they wanted to move the price a 0 trade would appear with a price
slightly higher or lower than the trades at the time perhaps indicating
the direction they wanted the price to go. I might be wrong
but please DYOR

I was already super confident but knowing Lansdowne have just increased their holding by 4.3 million does nothing more but give me further reassurance.

This has been held down to let the big boys load up and tomorrow or Monday it's going to shoot up significantly!

If the current trend remains we should see an higher high from an higher low Friday there is a chance we may see a small drop but remain above the last higher low with a larger one day gain Monday to resume an higher high.

Should be a busy day tomorrow:

The notification to the issuer shall be effected as soon as possible, but not later than four trading days in the case of a non-UKissuer and two trading days in all other cases, after the date on which the relevant person:

(1) learns of the acquisition or disposal or of the possibility of exercising voting rights, or on which, having regard to the circumstances, should have learned of it, regardless of the date on which the acquisition, disposal or possibility of exercising voting rights takes effect; or
(2) is informed about the event mentioned in DTR 5.1.2 R (2).

Can't get my head around these delayed trades. First 30mins this morning all trades shown as sells so the share price got knocked down hard. Then after hrs we see that there was actually loads of buying during that early period, including a 250k buy in the first 30 mins ???Talk about misleading the market, holding back the real trading action, making trading look dire when it's anything but.Just causes panic selling to anyone looking in.How is this allowed ?

Lansdowne have added!

From lse board just now...

I note the % on the company website is 16.7%. I have never ever seen a company website update the same time as the RNS! So here is the holdings from Morningstar, shows 20,673,111 18.89%, now they are much more lackadaisical about updating! But it will be close enough and it shows they have actually increased by 4m ish. You do the math, hic! See told ya you couldn’t trust anyone on the BB! And the power of DYOR, lol! And Happy days! Landsdowne have added!

Likya: surely the fact that the share price has retraced and we had around 24m new shares hit the market yesterday (all who could sell for a free carry) would suggest that these are all sells? I know I would if I was a fund manager in this market.

Rough 24% increase in SNG shares, so looking Lansdowne %change about 10% change. Maybe took some in the placing but overall slightly diluted.?

They have not sold. There are just more shares in issue so they have to declare their new percentage with more shares in issue.

I am presuming we will see a holding RNS for Polaris soon?

“We carry out research when we don’t know the answers, but if SNG001 proves to be beneficial it would be a major breakthrough for the treatment of COVID-19.”
