ooh settle out of court for £50 million Sym not a penny less

Michael Laurier said "No government can now be in any doubt that oxo-biodegradable plastic (as distinct from oxo-degradable plastic) does properly biodegrade in the open environment, and is not toxic. This is not therefore the type of material that the EU intended to prohibit and I trust that this and other scientific evidence will now dispel the confusion in the marketplace."

Currently doing th rounds on the financial bulletin boards & said to apply to EQT, VRS & without a doubt poster boy for the AIM lifestyle company, SYM.

Always bear in mind the maxim for BOD's. It is to ensure that company makes them and their families financially secure. If the company succeeds as well, that is a bonus. I can already hear some posters saying 'how can that be achieved without the company succeeding? First, pension pot payments will be maximised from our coffers. Free shares and options, which can be transferred to family, and then sold, and of course, salary and bonuses. I'm sure most investors on here have been invested in companies which have seen BOD members do very well, and the company not so. But, hope springs eternal, and since most of us are 'greedy', we lack the common sense to sell, and we wait for 20, 30 50, 100 bagger.

After a left click on robertnash2 and a click on posts I see years of posts on only one company SYM; probably from someone with countless aliases.

I certainly hope that the share price goes down to 8p. If it does I will be buying. It is certainly on a down trend - no point in trying to catch a falling knife.

Same old story. Will the share price go down to 8p as February 2020?

Would have to agree many reasons to positive I do believe sales could take off in a big way in the next 6/12 months of several fronts so feel risk reward is appealing at these levels

Exactly “This is me”. I’ve had some unfortunate experiences where share holders are milked for the benefit of the executive. This isn’t one. They have gone through difficult years of research and in my opinion are now on the cusp of getting rewards. They are rather tardy with sales and need someone with drive in that area but I cannot see a down side to this share just how quickly it takes off. That I’m afraid we will have to wait and see but I’m sure it will take off.

That doesn't make sense. He owns over 23 million shares; over 11% of the company. That is a big incentive to make the company hugely successful. He could easily have sold a chunk of shares after the trading statement in July at a price 10p above the current level if he thought the company was going nowhere. Since the price has fallen by that amount his shareholding is now worth around £2.3 million less. On what planet do you think that means he is "feeding at trough" (sic)

My guess is that he started the company because he believed in the idea and still does.

Headline shoukd be:
Serial Disappointer continues to Disappoint.

CEO happy to keep feeding at trough.

Seball your right; Mr Lauriers champagne lifestyle has to be maintained and even more so with the appointment of a new Head of Sales and new Head of Procurement.

IOTS

PS best - go and see an optician!

Can see a fundraising here in the near term. I think there maybe some potential here but will hold off buying until cash position is sorted.
