The new Ordinary Shares (which will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares in issue) will be issued and allotted ("Allotment") on or around 21 September 2020. Upon Allotment, Symphony will receive GBP1,000,000 cash proceeds.

Excellent news on the cash front, should allay any fears of a placing .

Interim results saw revenues increase 17% to £4.8m and there was even a small profit. However, all this is small beer relative to the bigger opportunity which is clearly exciting the market.

Jury is still out on whether SYM can commercialise history suggest they won't. MKT cap very high compared with non revenues. Fingers crossed I'm wrong.

If they don’t sell a single plastic biodegradable product this company on the back of the confirmation RNS should be capable with the right sales and Marketing team of minimum £250 million MCap

until the European Union and the UK have made legislation to not ban bio degradable plastic then this company is still in a fix.
Shame really that politics gets in the way if they was to not ban SYM product then the shares would be worth 90p plus.
The European union had false data given by the company's that had vested interest not to have bio degradable plastic.
If this was 40p and the European law passed i would buy more in a hand shake

I had a feeling with the MMs ticking this up to @29 p and maintaining a big spread there might be some news in the offing, but as usual,even with environmentally damaging plastics high on the world agenda, Symphony fail to deliver.
The sale of directors on 3rd August was quite damning to the share price too.

Symphony Environmental Technologies Plc announces that on 3 August 2020 certain non-Board PDMRs of the Company sold in aggregate 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company.

Problem on many minds is will SYM actually deliver major contracts as that's always been there down fall, they never deliver on their potential.
