The Board is therefore considering the payment of a 'metal price windfall dividend'. This windfall dividend payment will be based on excess cashflow generated from palladium and rhodium prices achieved above long-term broker consensus prices for these metals for the 2020 calendar year. Actual production achieved, actual prices achieved and the actual ZAR exchange rate will all be taken into account as well as its share of royalties, corporate tax and dividend withholding tax. Considerations to be taken as to the calculation of any potential windfall dividend, will be on an "achieved basis" and would be a once-off consideration. Should a decision be taken to declare any windfall dividend, the Company aims to make payment in Q3 FY2021.

They need to be penning deals for surface material and distressed chrome assets.It's capex that has a quick return and derisks the company.

Board wishes trump shareholders interests as usual. The company is their toy to play around with for as long as they wish.

They have two exploration assets and it may well depend what they do with them and we await the review. Sell them and there will be a substantial return of funds or develop them and thats where the money will go.

They can certainly afford to pay a generous dividend or special from the $55.9 millon cash balance and still retain a massive cash buffer and the high pgm basket prices at the moment will add to that in the coming year .quick calculation of what a 5p dividend would potentially cost
271,645,384 x 0.067 cents dividend payment (5p) =$18,200,240.728

I think a damp squib for the share price, not for the results. Apart from the Covid scare,this company doesn't move terribly erratically. Hopefully, I'll be surprised and see a 5p+ increase over the day. but I don't think so.
