Sold my 15K for a fat profit, amazing moves with this share and maybe it will keep going as metals rise. But the chart never lasts in such a vertical manner and I reckon a dip back to 55p is likely. I hope it doesn't but think it will and I am not shorting it either

Just possible this could take out today yesterday's ATH of 66.8p although Friday afternoon is usually a dead loss as regards momentum.

RSI is only worth looking at in bracketing markets for responsive moves back to value. We are currently in an initiative move to establish new value higher, so the RSI could stay overbought for weeks or months. Not understanding this causes people to sell out early, or even worse short incredibly strong markets.

You're over-analysing. Let the trend be your friend and at the moment that is up. Slow and steady wins the race.

Last trade at 10.30 was a buy at 66p
Then the bud price dropped from 64.5 to 64

Anyone explain how that transpired?

My 60p stop-loss was almost triggered last night. Plenty of large buys kept the price up. Watched the action this morning and decided to top up with a 64p limit buy as no online quote. Got another 5000 for 63.6p. That'll do for me.

fizzy - 17 Feb were the 1H 2020 Interims, the Q2 2020 results were in late Jan.

The quarterlies are normally released in the last 3 working days of the following month, so for Q3 should be released w/c 27 April.

However maybe with a new CEO they'll try and release them bit earlier from here on out.

I've done a quick comparison with Tharisa on Stockopedia.
Tharisa 1yr rolling forecast P/E = 6.2 vs SLP 3.3
Tharisa historic P/E TTM = 21.7 vs SLP 7.3

IMO, selling out now would be bonkers.

daburd - 3 months on from Q2 published 17 Feb. But late April may be right.

My thoughts exactly. Selling now is ludicrous IMO, but each to their own of course. Next results should be astonishing and I feel, only then, will this kick on towards £1.00. Happy to hold, bumps along the way and let's see what gives come April / May. I feel I'll likely be kicking myself I didn't average up (heavily) at 60p.
