van zandt. That`s why it`s called an update. Not an interim or a final but an update.Does anyone at this stage care if it lacks clarity, as long as it drives share price up.I believe we will see an acceleration of the share price this year.

The market seems to be quite happy with the update

The 2 year chart is better than most

News of new SUN products , which I expect soon ,will I think keep momentum +ve

Perhaps also news of a new distribution deal could also keep some folks happy

Group revenue for the year exceeded £8.7m, representing growth of approximately 44% over 2016. Within this, organic growth in the existing business was approximately 10%. The integration of Elemental Healthcare Limited, acquired in August 2017, continues in line with plan and following the acquisition, the reaction of both distributors and suppliers to both businesses has been very positive.

What in the f.... is it measured against? Do any of us have the slightest idea of what or how such percentages have been arrived at? The increased value of SUN, due to Acquisitions, product growth, increase in product sales, employee reduction?? Not a clue are we given.
Rest assured though we must be again due for the issue of MILLIONS of more shares (it is some weeks over due now) to our employee Director’s, poor things.

Spread is a bit high here -could do with more trade at both ends. Still better than AIQ which I noted this morning at 50-140p for a 95 mid price quote!

Lots of selling at the 4p level, happy to sit on this and see where it goes this year, I wouldn't be surprised with a little tail wind if people are selling at 5/5.5p by year December

This RNS is the trading update to end December 2017. I assume there will be one-off costs associated with the purchase of the UK distribution business but the headline figs on total revenues, organic growth (very good) and gross profits - again excellent -look top of the range. But we must expect some shrinkage at operating and pre-tax level and mustn't forget that some of the directors are still being paid in shares. But hopefully getting to its feet.I dson't have time to run the numbers but given £6mn last year (2016), 10% organic suggests about £6.6mn for 2017 so pehaps £2.1mn for the 4 months of the acquisition?
