Exercise of Options and PDMR Dealing

Surface Transforms plc (AIM: SCE) announces that the Company was notified on 5 November 2019 that two employees and an ex-employee have exercised options over a total of 65,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Specifically, on 5 November 2019, Mr Geoff Whitfield, a PDMR, exercised options over 15,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 9p per Ordinary Share.

In addition, two other individuals have exercised options over 50,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 9p per Ordinary Share.

Admission and Total Voting Rights

The new Ordinary Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company. Application will be made for the 65,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 11 November 2019. Following Admission, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 136,079,016 and shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
