22/4/2022 11:00 | He also thought Gattaca, Avon, and ITV were worth a lot more than their SPs and then they all fell between 30-50%. Just saying this kind of comment is basically meaningless | davidro77
22/4/2022 09:10 | Good to see Robbie Burns (the Naked Trader) very positive on SUR in his fortnightly update last night: "Sureserve seems to have found its bottom and is flying today, you'd have thought it was worth over 100p" | rivaldo
21/4/2022 19:06 | They may well be but the article I posted had a respected author behind it.Anyway good to see the rise. | shauney2
21/4/2022 16:05 | These are just automated articles as they cover every stock within sectorshttps://www.s | tole
21/4/2022 15:24 | Thanks - good to see the coverage, but is that really responsible for the surge? Seems unlikely to me. More likely imo as stated above an institutional investor taking advantage of the dip, combined perhaps with a time when supply of shares is scarce. | rivaldo
21/4/2022 13:00 | Probably thishtTps://www.stoc | shauney2
21/4/2022 12:29 | Looks like a series of buys from an institution looking to build a stake or get the share price back up where it should be. Ahead of interim results on 17 May. | marktime1231
21/4/2022 11:38 | Wonder why that suddenly happened/ A tip? | gswredland
21/4/2022 11:18 | Perky perky. Bid? Only playing... but you never know :) | thelongandtheshortandthetall
21/4/2022 08:46 | Cheers Tole, couldn't agree more with the conclusion. | rivaldo
20/4/2022 22:40 | Thanks Tole, a very good read. | vfast

20/4/2022 08:51 | The share price here seems to be languishing at lower levels, as the market awaits the next TS. I have been adding steadily at the depressed price in advance....so if the TS is bad, you can blame me for my timing. On the subject of gas boliers and such like. I have always felt that for most UK consumers, the transistion to heat pumps is NOT wholly practical. And that a hybrid approach will be needed. Contractors with a mix of exprertise will be needed to mange this transition, as systems become more technologically complex. One such hybrid approach - hybrid heatpumps, are nicely explained here: - | thorpematt
14/4/2022 12:40 | That is good. Let's hope for some institutional investors. | pinemartin9
14/4/2022 08:37 | Just to add from todays RNS it appears they are going to give presentations to the City / Institutions. "There will be a virtual presentation for sell side analysts on the morning of results". | vfast
14/4/2022 07:11 | The interims will be out on 17th May per today's RNS: They should be good given the outlook from the prelims where SUR were "Confident for the year ahead" and "The Group's momentum has continued with a strong start to trading in FY22". The Chairman also said "with a strong start to the current year, I look forward with confidence to the year ahead." | rivaldo
13/4/2022 13:47 | In case any investors should equate the mention of gas boilers (Rivaldo's quote from Momentum Investor, above) with impending market decline, I can assure readers that the company is also into the business of heat pumps as well, both air and ground source. | boadicea
12/4/2022 12:59 | No problem. You probably know already but I believe the sports division accounts for around 5% of revenue | johndoe23
12/4/2022 09:48 | Sorry thanks John. | rogash
12/4/2022 08:59 | Wrong board! Think you want SUP... | johndoe23
12/4/2022 08:49 | What percentage of their sales is sports nutrition & wellness? | rogash
11/4/2022 10:28 | Good find Rivaldo. Very good prospects for SUR. Just need patience and watch this company grow and this will be reflected in the share price moving North. It is cheap currently and once it gets noticed as it grows, it will be late to buy! | hjs
11/4/2022 09:25 | Further to the Momentum Investor tip in post 1533, it's worth noting that SUR are also to be bought into the magazine's Trader Portfolio. On the portfolio page they state: "This time with markets still volatile I feature Sureserve, which provides inspections and services for gas boilers, fire alarms and lifts on behalf of social housing organizations and enjoy terrific recurring revenues from multi-year contracts. A smaller, but faster growing business supplying insulation services, exploiting the drives towards net zero and away from fuel poverty, provides added excitement. The core business looks copper-bottomed and the CEO plans to double turnover by 2026 accompanied by higher margins. He told me acquisitions are expected. No surprise to see Slater Investments increasing its stake as the PE will shortly drop to single digits. I will add a unit shortly." | rivaldo
08/4/2022 08:14 | Good to see the Naked Trader mention SUR briefly in his update yesterday: "Sureserve still looks undervalued at the current price" | rivaldo
07/4/2022 18:07 | Thanks Rivaldo, I'm expecting another surge in the near future and still pencil in 120p to 150p by the end of 2022. | vfast |
