The bulls seem to ignore just how far away from profitability SYME is.

At present its revenues generate a negative gross margin because it lacks scale.

SYME needs £25 million a month in IM before cost of delivery to cover current burn rate.

By end of April AZ will be out with his usual jam tomorrow promises in annual report.

I suspect there will be a refinancing at same time like last year to fix the deficit in balance sheet around £4 million at present. The recent TAG debt for equity swap will have reduced the deficit by £800,000 after the year end.

Valuation ill depend on eagerness of people to buy the shares.Could be earning 5m a year and still at this price.Could be earning 500k a year and be worth 10x this price based on future prospects.A market cal is not and will never be a fixed multiple of revenues.EUA hit 1b market cap whilst making nothing.

I doubt you are an expert in valuing any company accurately to be honest. It is what it is. Of course SYME need to get their finger out and generate regular revenue. That's a basic fundamental requirement with any company.

One small WL deal won’t touch the sides to fill the spending hole. To justify a market cap of more than £20 million they need to make a profit of £1 million plus. That is a very long way off and a lot more cash will be required to get there.

Hence from where I’m sitting it’s absolutely clear the company is way overvalued. This is based on the facts as we know them….
