The following paragraph was in the announcement on 29th Feb so they have discussed a fund raise relatively recently. Of course over a month has passed since then with no sign of the TAG money so the cash resources must be dwindling…

‘As a result of the business and funding update detailed above, the Board are continually reviewing the cashflow position of the Group, on a prudent basis, and are currently exploring additional funding options to diversify the sources of funding for the Group and to mitigate the risk of being dependent on the TAG Contractual Commitments.’

I agree with City to an extent its more whether Banoco progresses, funding issues will simply fall away, if a deal is struck, thats realistic while Nobby goes into over drive deramp phase!

Nothing ever runs smoothly with SYME and when expected hence why there isn't a big stampede of sellers this morning. Still time obviously but plenty are waiting on the sidelines I would expect. Time is running out though for sure.

An update is just that, an update as was promised on the WL deal.Thats what we got with no bad news in it.As somebody on LSE stated if this were simple and quick to get up and running banco would have given the tea lady a laptop and instructed her to IM the dairylea triangles.
