The Central Bank regulatory approval processes relating to the acquisition of the Bank are underway with the support of the local banking regulator. However, until such regulatory and contractual processes have been completed, the parties have stipulated that the name of the Bank and Financial Partner cannot be announced

The first Client companies within the new operating regions of the UK, UAE and US are currently being analysed in partnership with local partners and inventory funders. Specific updates will be provided on each of these operating regions in due course.

Once approved (which is shortly) we start to get US, U.K and Middle East all income generating clients. They have not mentioned the Far East in name yet but did mention other geographical areas so certain to be making progress there too.

Possibly a big RNS intraday prior to AZ’s CNBC appearance tomorrow.
