Did you see the table of entities and the market family tree entities, persons, shareholdere etc? Must be the best I ever saw for overview/intro pre discussions on each etc . Literally no connection untouched from broker to seeder to media

The issue or should I say the major issue apart from an unworkable business model and no revenues is the siphoning off of the initial £224m IPO money to another company that AZ owns...This stinks to high heaven as the restructuring occured just before the IPO and the subsequent attempt to wipe it off the books of SYME. AZ has absolutely zero credibility and just look what a mess this business is in haemerging cash all over the place and having to borrow highly expensive share value diluting death spiral debt when some of that stolen IPO money could simply be handed back from Advant Gard.

Why borrow £4m for an expensive convertible spiral death loan when you can lend back the money at close to zero interest rate and save yourself all the aggro and mgt time in loan negotiations....Time that should be spent growing the charity...sorry meant 'business'...being euphemistic......duh..!!!

Let's say you are right in the 224M, plus, makers position on the aggregate re spread RTN and probable current stock in hand

This really has to go 1.5 to square the lot, regardless snyway. Given the vehicle mentioned here for the 224, this is pretty much a given. But depends on analysis of course

Now assuming those numbers, and You are wrong? Well then ..
