This is how SYME operates....make a BOD decision just before IPO to move all IPO cash out of the business out of the hands of share holders...Launch IPO....siphon off £224m of IPO seed capital...Write down the value in the balance sheet....to like zero....oops...too obvious....reinstate to £1.4m...Issue 34 billion of shares....burn cash at a terrible rate per month....invite dodgey high cost lenders charging upwards of 9.5% interest rates with convertible loans....run out of cash...loan coverts to huge number of shares leading to share price fall and huge dilution...rinse and repeat.....burn cash appoint expensive non executives who charge an arm and a leg for a couple of hours work a month to give vague resemblance of credibility...burn cash....enter into yet another massive share diluting high cost dodgey convertible loan...burn cash...rinse and repeat untill gone bust...telephone fraud squad or 999!
