Six months ago SuperGroup issued a profits warning due to unseasonable weather. Today we upgrade forecasts as the company confirms that it is firmly back on the growth track. Retail sales grew by 20.6% in Q4 while accelerating sales trends in Wholesale suggest that the Autumn/Winter 2015 ranges are being well received. This bodes well for 2015/16e Retail sales, in our view. We upgrade PBT forecasts by 4.7% this year and 1.5% next year and upgrade our target price to 1280p from 1050p.
