I see no parallels between Boo and Superdry at all. Different businesses, different business models, different cost bases, different product, different price point.

Great trading from BOO - the fashion retailers with the products that the punters want are the ones doing well imo.

Bodes well for SGP trading update perhaps.

Lack of a trading update as per the previous date which had been on the website has caused the weakness imo.

Was holding for that update but sold when it failed to materialise as expected.

lzztre - I think there are quite a few traders in this share, and from time to time SGP trends up or trends down and they go with the flow. I suspect there are a number of traders waiting...after a fall like this, when the 'bottom' has been hit the share price will probably go up 4-5% in one day.

Added a few this morning. Next news will be Q2 update on 5th Nov followed by interims on 16th Dec. Last year's Q2 was impacted by the warm weather. Thankfully this year it has turned cold and wet in time for the autumn ranges so results may be good, especially when up against last years weak comparatives.

My bet is that 1400p now becomes resistance here after being the major support level.

The market really need to be informed how SGP are trading.

I note that SPD have reported this morning and all things are on track.

Cant see SGP making head way without an update.
